Starbucks

I had a great experience at the café thanks to the excellent service provided by Chris. They were friendly, attentive, and very professional. My order was prepared quickly and exactly the way I wanted. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

I was in town for the holidays and stopped by the morning of the downtown Houston Thanksgiving Parade. The store was at a capacity, with orders flowing in. I heard one Barista state they had over 100 multi-item orders in the queue. The wait time exceeded 30 mins but it was expected due to the other locations being closed for the holiday. The entire staff worked effortlessly to get our orders out. I watched team members check in on eachother and give eachother kudos. This was a well ran ship and I appreciate the professionalism and kind customer service. The store manager should be proud of this team!

The service was great, they have amazing people working there but, starbucks used to be a place where you could sit and relax, somewhere where you could work or study, now this kind of coffee shops to go are around the city not offering a place to sit and enjoy your coffee!!!

Great and quick stop for your Starbucks, Super busy but like a little chest😜. As it is connected between two big hotels it’s rush is CRAZY. As they are having enough staff for working to get orders in and out very fast. I appreciate for their quick services🤝 It is not a dine in spot as it is a light box we can't chill and enjoy WiFi.

Food: It's Starbucks. Service: The baristas are on point in every aspect from customer service, to cleanliness, to Killin it in their craft and just be awesome all round. Atmosphere: Don't know who, why or how but be it the aroma from coffee, or the baristas Killin it all round (😂) or the fact that Ol'school Mos Def was playing in the background. I found no issue with nothing.
