Sprinkles Cupcakes

We met Maria and her co-worker. We were well taken care of! Without any hesitation they took the time to explain the different options and flavors. We really appreciated being treated like family!! Thank You Maria for being Great at what you Do!

I have been coming to Sprinkles for many years, not only for a sweet treat for myself but to also bring to any special location. A few weeks ago I ordered two dozen cupcakes to bring to a work meeting. When I arrived to pick up my order it was immediately clear I had accidentally ordered my cakes for the wrong day. Completely my fault. The two ladies there without missing a beat, noticed my panic and ensured me they could not only fulfill my order but also include the customization I had planned on. Within less than 10 minutes they had saved the day. Their compassion and sense of urgency did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I cant thank them enough! Meme and Maria, you ladies are the reason I will continue to come back to Sprinkles, your customer service is unmatched. Meme and Maria… ladies thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I stopped by today for my birthday treat. I really wanted to try the banana cupcake but they were sold out online. Having a friendly chat with Maria, she actually had 1 left. She was the friendliest employee and made me smile on my birthday. I appreciate her!!

Every time I find good reason to indulge in their rich and wonderfully flavored baked goods, I am always left with a satisfied sweet tooth and left thinking of the next time we shall meet!! I was truly shocked upon trying their fudge brownie too!! Inquiring about the product, I was told it was 'all right' with reconfirmation of it being fudgy which led me to believe it was a "mid"/ average product which may fit the qualifications of a normal brownie, but I'm so glad I was wrong!! I don't know if it was just the time I had it sitting out a temp a little higher than room temperature that got it that way or what, but what I do know is, upon the first bite, I was greeted with an incredible molten fudginess, no cakiness at all, just a gooey and decadent bittersweet cacao fudge bottom with a crackly and crisp chocolate top!!! I will definitely, hopefully get it again !!! Also their icing is always on point, imo, from September's miso, to the pumpkin latte coffee topping, from what I have had so far, there is always some aspect to truly enjoy about any of their cupcakes!! Ps, I did not expect the nostalgic surprise of a cornbread flavored bite from the coconut cream cupcake. 🤷💝💓🧁🍫.

I've not been back in Houston for awhile and found out Sprinkles is now located in the Rice Village. How exciting! I come here every so often when they have the S'mores available. It's dangerous, but so delicious. The staff is wonderful and they always have a great selection of flavors on hand throughout the day. Maria is one of our favorite team members here. She's wonderful, positive and helpful. If you're in this October, try the Twix Cupcake. It's moist, rich and delicious 😋.
