Worst customer service I’ve experienced. There were around five customers in line, and the owner was busy on his phone and ignored everyone. When I mentioned it, he said he didn’t care and told me not to visit the store. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.Budda owner and buddi so rude gal krni nhi aundi dono nu coustmer nal

I think they are not expecting everyone at this store. When I asked about a certain brand, the lady’s answer was ‘WE DONT CARRY THOSE TYPES HERE’. I came out and googled and came to know that what I asked was INDIAN brand. Felt sorry for the ladys mind. If you go to the Meat store it will take atleast 45 min to get 1 chicken, even after telling the owner to clear the in store customers first then do online/phone orders NO response.

Besides being on barker cypress there is no good points to this grocery store. Many times I have come home and opened packages with stale products. I recently bought pita bread which was in the freezer section and when I got home the bread was hard. I inspected the packaging and it had holes at the bottom. Really disappointed at their quality and lack of variety in the store. There are other comparable Halal stores in the area

Quality of meat is good but the price is very high. I used to go to the halal meat store on FM529 but I wanted to try this store, I like the quality but they need to think about keeping the prices competitive and reasonable. One another thing I noticed is when I purchased a whole leg (goat) first they measured the weight put the price tag and after that cleaned it which is in many ways wrong. If you want to keep your price high at least do it after removing the fat on the meat. Good meat quality but definitely not worth the price. For understanding I paid close to 60$ for one baby goat back leg (14.99$/lb and this was from Feb 2025 not sure if it's still the same or not).
