I've been coming in and out of this place not knowing what I would want. I asked what would you recommend for 1st timers and she quickly answered with confidence! I never had cream on a snow cone so I ended up with the granny smith apple and actually enjoyed it. The Young lady was very kind and helpful. I see what this place be packed and busy. Definitely coming back to try different flavors

Real Nola girl who doesn’t play about my boudin! I found this place earlier this year because my boys go to the barber down the street. Management handles issues well, and the girls at the front really do try to take care of customers while keeping the store clean and inviting. Y’all, please put that crawfish boudin on DoorDash, and please start selling it by the pan or something! Overall, it feels like home — 10/10.

I visited this place for the first time. It was a big mistake. I ask for two large snow cones. I got 2-medium cups with a top on them like it was coffee. My snow cone didn't look like what they advertise. I didn't get spoon. Just had a straw. Service is extremely slow, and the girl was coughing all over the place. No gloves. No face masks. Never spending my money there again. I'm sticking with the Latino snow cones places. Better service. Better quality. Fair prices.

This place brings a much-needed service to Houston by giving us a break from the summer heat! I love the variety of flavors here and find it quite affordable. The customer service can be hit-or-miss as some have already mentioned in these reviews. More so with tone than anything else. I try not to take it too personally, but that would be my only suggestion to take this place to the next level. Otherwise, keep going! My sunburned, heat-stroked Houstonian self thanks you for what you do 🥵🧊
