UPDATE: 3rd try: Same my previous orders double classic BUT I added the avocado on it and it was a disaster. Plus my order was a delivery by UB so it was a very POOR PACKAGING, MESSY AND BUN WAS GREASY. My last advice, EAT DINE IN don’t order delivery. —————— 2nd try: I decided to give this restaurant another shot, so I went this time to dine in (my first time was delivery), and my order was same double smash classic, and honestly, eating there was totally different experience for me. It was one of my favorites burgers I had ever. Staff were SUPER friendly and kind. Thank you guys and I will come again for SURE 👍🏽 Note: 1st and 2nd photos for delivery order. 3rd photo for the dine in. ———- 1st try: My order was: double classic smash, was tasty and really big BUT messy packed and bun was oily. Crispy brushless was regular lacking some taste. Scorchin hot fries and totos were good. Americana hot dog was yummy but needs some salt. Ordered received COLD distance was not that far 9 minutes only. Messy presentation for burger. Recommend to try it dine in not delivered.

The place is clean and they have splendid customer service. Dasha thou shall have the best day of thy life for making the absolutely delicious Cookies n’ Cream milkshake. I devoured the entirety of my meal as you may see in the image. Thank you I will come to smash more burgers soon.

Just moved to the neighborhood and stopped by this Smashburger in Houston for the first time, and I had such a great experience. Dajha at the register was incredibly kind and attentive. She walked me through the menu, answered my questions, and made the whole ordering process easy and welcoming. The service felt genuine, the vibe was great, and everything came out quickly. You can tell the team cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to making this my go-to spot locally.

My wife and I stopped by the Smashburger at the Heights location, and wow this place absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, like we weren’t just customers but guests they were happy to serve. Every interaction was friendly, upbeat, and full of positive energy. Now let’s talk about the food… PERFECTION. The burgers were hot, juicy, and packed with flavor clearly made with care and pride. Each bite tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and downright addictive. The fries were crispy and golden, and everything came out fast without feeling rushed or sloppy. You can tell this team takes quality seriously. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and inviting perfect for a relaxed meal with someone you love. It was one of those experiences where the great service and amazing food come together and make you want to come back immediately. Huge shoutout to the Heights Smashburger staff for delivering an exceptional experience. This wasn’t just a meal it was a memory. We’ll 100% be back, and I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know.

My first time here. Great location, very clean, great atmosphere, great food, and wonderful service ! The burger was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. Best of all was the service. Sonja took my order and brought me my food and greeted me when i exited. If she’s not the owner I’d be surprised. You could tell she really cared and was so friendly ! I don’t live near here or i would be back soon.
