Did not expect it to be very good on account of where its located, but its actually really good. The rice is not overcooked, i got a tofu chashu bowl and the tofu is cooked well, the spinach is not overdone or underdone. It was very good! Toddler approved. My 3 year old loved the chicken teriyaki bowl. I will say the portions are quite small but overall very flavorful and great quality!!

The broth was the perfect blend of heat and depth, with just the right kick that balanced spiciness with savory richness. Every spoonful was packed with flavor. The noodles had that perfect bite, tender yet springy, and soaked up the spicy broth like a dream. The toppings were generous and fresh. Each ingredient added another layer of texture and taste. What really stood out was how well-balanced the dish was—every element worked together harmoniously. The staff at Slurp Factory were also a highlight of the experience. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making me feel right at home. They even checked in to ensure the spice level was to my liking, which I appreciated. This place is genuinely one of the best ramen places I’ve been too and I’m always so surprised to see it’s always nearly empty. Maybe I just come too late in the day but I can’t believe this place isn’t packed 24/7. The quality is amazing, the service is incredible and the pricing is unbeatable. Love this place!

Our first time to visit this restaurant, was really craving ramen and we found this place. Nice restaurant spacious, the server is very nice and served us well, we ordered the tonkotsu ramen which is on point for my pallet exactly how i wanted the broth is perfect not too salty, we also ordered veggie fried rice and gyoza my husband loved it! My new place to go to especially with the cold weather coming. I see myself being a regular here and oh, the also have boba, teas and fruit smoothie! 😃👍
