Their food is not as seen in the photos, I ordered a type of meat and put it well done and it arrived raw, they did not send utensils and the food was very little and bad looking when I received it, absolutely nothing as they paint it in the photos. I didn’t even eat what they sent me and apart from that I lost my money. I ordered my food through Uber eat last night and I never wanted to order again at that restaurant. 0 stars because besides they didn’t give me my money back.

I was very surprised when I looked at the reviews after receiving my order. I ordered the Ribeye rare with asparagus and cheddar mashed potatoes. The one small critique I could make was that the potatoes were a little bland for my taste (I tend to prefer higher content salt than most people though). The steak and asparagus were both perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Also was able to order on Uber Eats after 10pm and am a night owl. So it's nice to know I can get a good quality meal delivered later at night. Looking forward to my next order where I plan to try the salmon.

They literally just hustled us out of our 40 dollar payment. We ordered ribs and beef tips. The door washer was kind enough to tell us they only had the side salad. When we went to cancel the order, door dash stated "we can cancel but we cannot issue a refund since they've already started your order". They literally took money out of our account to pay for food they didnt have and we couldnt cancel.

The food may be tasty, but I wouldn’t know. I ordered from this restaurant through a third-party app, and they accepted the order. The delivery driver drove all the way over there only for them to tell them that they did not have the ingredients for my order. I offered to let them substitute my order but they said that they couldn’t even do that. They said they couldn’t cancel the order on their end either, causing me to have to go through multiple layers of customer support in order to get my money back at all, and I’m worried the delivery driver was left in the lurch anyways. I understand external apps can be tricky, but as a virtual restaurant I would expect them to be better at managing common third-party delivery apps.

It was one of the worst prime ribs I ever had. I Doordash my order. When the dasher arrived, they accidentally gave my order to the wrong driver. The person who was working there said they were out of the prime rib. Doordash driver talked to the manager about my order. The manager said he would see if they had any prime rib left. They had only one left. The one that Slo Roast made for me had to be the leftover/bottom of the basket prime rib. I will never order from there again.
