Simply Pho

We eat pho pretty much everywhere we travel, and we keep high standards for Vietnamese food. Simply Pho genuinely impressed us. The broth had depth and balance you don’t find often — rich, clean, and full of flavor. And the grilled pork in the bánh mì was honestly some of the best we’ve had: tender, well-seasoned, and super fresh.

I got the combination beef Pho number 17 and number 1 were pretty good, my second time here and the Bahn Mi beef I liked as well! Great environment and service along with their own parking plus deals throughout the week! Very good on a cold deal or hot

Very good broth, super light and not too salty or bland. I came in right after class near closing time but it was still filled with people. The only thing I wish was that they had more meat than having to pay for extra meat but I mean for $10 large you really can’t beat that. I definitely came home full. Everything was great, it was fast service too.

We eat here on a regular basis, both dine in and carry out. Favorites are veggie and tofu soft rolls, veggie and tofu banh mi, edamame, v2 coconut curry tofu noodles. My partner enjoys the p1 steak pho. The little almond cookies sold at the counter are also great to munch on.

Good pho. Authentic with good variety of Vietnamese cuisine. Since price increased, cp has decreased.
