Went to this place once years ago and finally revisited. It’s spacious and typically whenever I pass by, there’s a good amount of people but this night it was quieter. A clean looking establishment and plenty of seating. There is a parking lot in the back and street parking is also available. I got the Spicy beef Soup, and my partner ordered a classic pho. He devoured his. The spicy beef pho’s flavor was beyond amazing. Spicy, some sweetness, savory, all around I could’ve just had that broth on its own. I enjoyed the freshness too. There are so many things to order on this menu, surely something for everyone and the prices are very affordable!

We eat pho pretty much everywhere we travel, and we keep high standards for Vietnamese food. Simply Pho genuinely impressed us. The broth had depth and balance you don’t find often — rich, clean, and full of flavor. And the grilled pork in the bánh mì was honestly some of the best we’ve had: tender, well-seasoned, and super fresh.

I got the combination beef Pho number 17 and number 1 were pretty good, my second time here and the Bahn Mi beef I liked as well! Great environment and service along with their own parking plus deals throughout the week! Very good on a cold deal or hot

Simply Pho is a Midtown gem that delivers big on authentic Vietnamese food without breaking the bank. Located at 2929 Milam St, this casual spot goes way beyond just pho — though their pho is definitely perfect, they have more than 100 items on the menu, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re craving noodles, rice dishes, or something plant-based. The food comes out fast and fresh, making it perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Portions are generous, and prices are impressively affordable given the quality. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, with friendly service and free parking

Very good broth, super light and not too salty or bland. I came in right after class near closing time but it was still filled with people. The only thing I wish was that they had more meat than having to pay for extra meat but I mean for $10 large you really can’t beat that. I definitely came home full. Everything was great, it was fast service too.
