Everytime I come here the service is amazing and the workers are so sweet. The girl didn’t know it but she gave me a complimentary drink today and she doesn’t know how much it means. Today has been 1 year since I lost Bean (7 year old bunny best friend) and it’s been a tiring day. This was just yet another sign she’s with me on the bad days. Thanks for cheering a girl up!

Their piña colada smoothies are my all time favorite. The 1st time I tried their blonde coffee I fell in love with it. They taste sooo much better than Starbucks. And I’ve noticed that their coffee doesn’t mess up my stomach like Starbucks does. The service is fast and staff is pretty attentive

Love this 7 brew. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. I have only had one drink i didn't love. My fault I added wierd things in it. The only thing I don't love is sometimes the music is too loud. But I love the jams. I prefer 7 brew over Starbucks any day!!!.

We had a terrible experience at this location today. We’ve been here a few times and have never encountered such a rude employee. I didn’t get her name but she’s the small redhead. My husband ordered a lemon poppy muffin top and didn’t realize until after he opened it that they gave him the wrong one. My drink was also not sugar free or 1/3 sweet as I ordered, so we decided to go back and politely ask that they remake the drink and also give my husband the muffin he ordered. At this point it really wasn’t a big deal, people are human and make errors. The problem came as we were explaining to the redhead what had happened. She had the nastiest look on her face, and was completely unfriendly. She then takes my drink and the muffin to exchange and we hear her loudly talk about us as we are sitting right there. She is mocking my husband for opening the muffin and then returning it. He didn’t eat any of it and then ask for an exchange, he didn’t touch it after realizing they got the order wrong. So we are sitting there listening to her talk about us to others and we immediately asked for the manager. He was very very kind and apologetic. He offered us two free drink cards, which we appreciated but that redhead girl needs to be fired for speaking about customers that way. I will never be back at this location after experiencing that. Who can trust her to handle their order when she has such disdain for the customers she serves. If she’s not fired for it, put her back in training until she can better control her mouth and her bad attitude!

It was my first time at a 7Brew today. I was at the back of the line and therefore couldn’t see the menu. I told the guy taking orders that it was my first time there, and I didn’t know what to get. He said, “okay.” And that was all he said. I asked if he had any suggestions and he said, “I don’t drink coffee.” I said, “what do people order here? Not coffee?” And he said, “lots of things.” Big help. I ended up looking online real quick and selected the first thing I saw recommended in a random article. When I got to the front to get my drink, I asked the girl at the front what is good and she said… “I don’t drink coffee.” My conclusion is, I don’t drink coffee from here either. They weren’t helpful or nice, and my uninformed selection was pretty meh. I’m sure they are great at something! Wish I knew what it is.
