Always enjoy stopping by this location. Every time I had to refill gas at Costco :D the establishment is very clean, their music playlist is mix of K-pop or trending pop. Main lobby & the patio is aesthetic vibe. With Internet available in store I’ve seen plenty of students coming here to study. It’s definitely a place to bring group of friends to meet up && hang out. Great selections of bubble tea with options to adjust your ice or sugar levels!!

This location is wonderful!!! The staff is friendly and the menu is huge. We ordered the Mango milk tea, strawberry ice blended with ice cream and lychee jelly, and the Mango ice blended with ice cream and they were so tasty! The teas are made fresh right in front of your eyes. We will definitely be going back! The prices are also extremely affordable.

I waited for an hour for my drink, i asked multiple times to check on my drink; they finally realized they placed my order wrong. They didn't offer me a drink to "fix" the situation. I simply got a refund and left empty handed. They were nice but seemed very overwhelmed, it was a very poor experience.

Love this location. Friendly staff, clean dining area, plenty of seating, and great drinks. If you are looking for something bright, refreshing, and not too sweet, I highly recommend my personal favorite - Mango Green Tea with 0% sugar and swap the regular boba for mini boba.

Coming here was a really nice experience and I loved the open space and atmosphere. Feels like it would be a really fun place to study. Cashier was super friendly and service was quick as well. Definitely going to be coming here when I'm in the area.
