I used the drive thru, which has a lot of potholes, so I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere, but let me tell you EVERY POTHOLE WAS WORTH IT! I got the Alfredo Fries and it was absolutely amazing. The fries were crispy enough to stand up with the deliciously creamy Alfredo sauce. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I will definitely be back. I paid $15 for a small and I couldn't finish it. The small is big.

We are visiting Houston for an extended stay, and decided to try something unique. This place stood out as a place we definitely wanted to try! It did not disappoint! We opted to share the large size Big Tex Fries and Pork Boudin Eggrolls. The portions were huge and very filling! I didn't have room to finish the last bit of egg rolls. The service was friendly and fast. We had our order in under 8 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, the egg rolls were crispy in the perfect kind of way. The BBQ brisket on the fries was delicious, and the fries were not soggy! There is only outdoor seating available, but there were shaded areas available when we were there. If you want to try something unique and out of the way from where all the restaurant hot spots are, give this place a visit. You won't be disappointed.

My honest review: The food was fantastic. It's very heavy, but so delicious. I got the cajun fries, side of bbq beef, and the boudin egg rolls. The bonding egg rolls are freaking delicious especially recommend using the dipping sauce.

I live very far from here, but whenever I have a job in this area or anywhere near downtown, I make it a point to visit The French Fry House. I've actually never tried any of their French Fry options, but I ALWAYS order their delicious boudin egg rolls. I usually order the chicken boudin egg rolls, but this time, I tried the seafood boudin egg rolls, and they were delicious. They also offer a beef or pork boudin option as well. This time, I paid an extra $7 for some grilled shrimp. I was hoping to get a little bit more shrimp for the price, but other than that, the taste was on point and freshly grilled. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and helpful and gave great service with a smile. I can't wait to be back in the area so I can get my fix!

What? You only have fries? They actually have additional items and please refer to the updated menu that I posted. They are a bit pricey, and their prices have gone up significantly in past few months. I’m not sure if that is because of the supply and demand issue. I enjoyed the taste and the freshness of the food. I ordered a small portion of Bayou fries. Will I order this again? Absolutely. They are a bit pricey, but you can be the judge of the taste and portion size. I have posted what I ordered in the attached pictures. Enjoy…!!
