Tim is the manager at this location, and this complaint is directed to him and to corporate leadership. I frequent this store regularly as a DoorDash driver, and the staff is familiar with me. Today, I briefly parked in the straight lane (not the drive-through). The store was empty, and I was not impeding traffic in any way. As soon as I walked inside, Tim approached me aggressively, raising his voice and stating that I needed to move my car. I calmly explained that I was picking up an order. He responded that I would not receive the order unless I moved my vehicle. I complied immediately, moved my car, and then returned inside to retrieve the order from another cashier. Afterward, I asked to speak with him because I did not appreciate the way I was addressed. Instead of acknowledging his tone or approach, he continued focusing on where I had parked. Regardless of the parking issue, his tone and delivery were unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As a Black woman, I am especially sensitive to being spoken to in a dismissive or aggressive manner. During our interaction, he threw his hand up and said, “man, bye,” in a way that felt dismissive and deeply disrespectful. His mannerisms came across as passive-aggressive and racially insensitive. I expect to be treated with professionalism and basic respect, as any customer or delivery partner should

Had ordered The Original w/ Jalapeño cheese bread, condiments and chipotle mayo, Jalapeño Chips, Iced Tea. I had asked for sweet iced tea and I received unsweetened. They closed the dining area too early; I ordered to pick-up around 8pm and dining room was closed. So I walked at the drive-thru window for my order and sat in the outdoor seating. Good thing it was a fairly cool evening. Enjoyed! May 7.

It was just impossible to place a simple to-go order at the drive-thru. Three medium sandwiches. No drinks. The guy at the drive-thru just wouldn’t listen. Kept talking while I was trying to place my order - guessing what I wanted rather than waiting for me to say it. I was using my best newsreader accent. I tried. Just please stop yacking and listen. Ended up in all kinds of confusion. Too difficult. Too frustrating. Left. Never to return. Frustrate the customer. Lose the customer.

The owner of this location took my order, lacked customer service and friendliness.Also took no accountability! My time there very much rushed through, and there was no one in line behind me the entire time,my order was wrong! When I asked to explain the pizzas on the menu I was told what you see is what you we have and again this is the owner I can only image how the staff’s customer service is. I wouldn’t recommend this location if it’s your first time and you’re looking for a good experience!

Always fresh food. Floors clean and the cash register guy so friendly and welcoming . I went to eat with my family three times and every time I enjoyed our sandwiches. Love their bread and soups.
