Love the food, but staff is unfriendly! They were supposed to open at 11am, I go to order my food around 11:10a and the employee said we’re not ready, give us 20 more minutes!!! Like really, why didn’t your staff clean up the day before??? They are literally cleaning up! If your restaurant opens at 11am, you should be ready to serve your patrons at that time, not make them wait due to your staff being unprepared.

We've been coming to Sarku for over 5 years, and to be honest this Sarku japan is the best tasting one. There meat is always good and tender and crispy. The line is always moving never stalling, and the workers are always polite and never mean. Two thumbs 👍🏻👍🏻

Yelpers reported that it was close however when I got here it was open and I was able to order food from here so it’s not closed, I love it nice and juicy I will say that the prices have gone up I got this for nine dollars with no drink or anything extra. I was craving this though cause I haven’t had it in a long time it’s been a while since I’ve eaten food at a mall. I love that they cook it in front of you while the chicken. The vegetables taste fresh so I’m a happy camper all around!

Got the beef with chicken, kind of pricey. This does not taste like what expect it to be plus no free refills, have to pay for another drink... ridiculous
