Wonderful atmosphere next to the lake. Service was okay. I placed a call in order for to go was told be ready in 20 minutes but wasn’t out till about 35 minutes, I definitely don’t mind waiting a longer time for sure if the place is during busy and packed. Was maybe 5 other customers inside. Food was okay order the Sampler basket didn’t taste to fresh/ hotness when I made it home. Sam’s boat is less than 5 minutes away from my house. The crab bites were tasty never had that before. My daughter got the shrimp basket it was okay for her she liked the catfish better.

I really wanted to like this seafood restaurant but left disappointed. This restaurant is in a fantastic location on the Boardwalk in Towne Lake, Cypress area. A very inviting restaurant. Large bar area inside and out. A plethora of TV’s to watch from, and some booths even have their own TV. There is a very large seating area with an outdoor bar with lots of TVs too. Great view of the lake. The food was ok. The chips with the sampler were large although didn’t have a good crisp too them. The calamari was slightly tough and the breading was a little heavy (too thick). The spicy sauce with the seafood (shrimp boil) wasn’t spicy at all. The kids cheeseburger was a small slider. The steak was well cooked (medium rare request and it came out accordingly). We found the seafood flavors ok, not great. The service was not attentive enough. Needed to ask for utensils, appetizers came out same time as food. We were a large party of 9 however the food came out as it was ready so that would make more sense if it all came out. Lots of parking available although it does get busy so anticipate a walk. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Great view of the lake with a very nice and relaxing seating area. Plenty of free parking available. The burger was good and well-cooked, but the center was slightly raw, even though I had ordered it well-done. The taste of raw ground beef was noticeable. The chicken sandwich was disappointing; the chicken was tough, not freshly cooked, and lacked good flavor. However, the fries were tasty and well-seasoned.

Staff was not familiar with menu when asked a question she replied “I don’t know”. The food was good., I ordered a shrimp BLT. but had maybe 2 little squares of bacon about the size of my finger tip. My only suggestion would be to put more bacon than little pieces and educate staff not to say I don’t know when asked if fries come with the order because I ordered a side order of fries for nothing. Otherwise I would have rated 10/10. Fajita quesadilla with chicken was a 10/10.

Loved everything about this place....from the location, to the food, to our waiter Chase. EVERYTHING we ordered was on point!!! And that is rare for a restaurant to be on point with presentation AND flavors in every dish. Was pleasantly surprised. We sat outside and enjoyed the scenic lake view. Our waitress Chase was sooooo sweet and friendly....very attentive to our needs and so friendly!!!! We definitely have a go to spot here!!!!!
