Salata

This is my favorite restaurant in the medical center and the only one I visit regularly. The staff are wonderful, always welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. Build your own salad from several bases and > 50 different toppings. Everything is fresh and the portions generous. A few favorites: combination of fresh herb and balsamic vinaigrette dressings, grilled tofu. The soups are also quite good. Salata is great for gluten free and other dietary restrictions. Everything is clearly labeled.

I absolutely love salata. Their regular salad and tomato basil soup are the best!!! I always always order my lunch from SALATA!

Salat in the Medical Center is an awesome place to have a delicious, fresh and healthy salad for your meal. They have an awesome group of employees that are very friendly and welcoming. I love the cleanliness and atmosphere of the place. I eat there almost 5 times a week.

As a Rice student, I am a frequent customer at this Salata location, and there is a reason I keep coming back (other than the delicious wraps and salads). The owners are often present and welcome us at the door with a smile. On my latest visit, Emelly, Emrie, and Maria were working. The kindness all 3 of them exuded was heartwarming. Very glad to have been able to chat with them and enjoy high-quality food. Best of both worlds! Already looking forward to the pesto chicken!

This location is under new management and the new owners are prioritizing the customer service. They even gave me a voucher for a free salad! Very friendly. The salad bar was clean. Veggies were fresh
