This location is under new management and the new owners are prioritizing the customer service. They even gave me a voucher for a free salad! Very friendly. The salad bar was clean. Veggies were fresh

Best health place around! The Salads are always fresh, the dressings are incredibly delicious, the staff is so friendly and always welcomes me in! The restaurant is by far the cleanest in the area and the value is unbelievable! Unlimited topping with so many to choose from! Salata is my go to place for healthy, fresh food, on the go.

This Salata is about the friendliest restaurant I’ve ever been to in my 29 years of life. Everyone is incredibly kind, including Kelly who was a fantastic server. Douglas always greets me and always has the nicest compliments. If you’re looking for healthy options in Med Center with the best customer service, then please come here. You won’t be disappointed!

I came here tonight while it was very slow. It was me and one other lady in the store. There were two women who were making the salads and there was a man at the register. The energy in here felt very rushed as if the staff had something better else to do. Which is odd since they were only sitting around talking. As I was ordering I was asked “anything else” multiple times as soon I was done speaking which felt very uncomfortable and again rushed because like can I look and see? The lady who helped me obviously had an attitude and I don’t know if she’s racist or if that’s just her demeanor but the other lady who was on the floor helping the woman behind me seemed so sweet and patient so it was very unfortunate that I got the lady who was rude. While I was still selecting items for my salad the guy at the counter also asked me “anything else” and I wasn’t even done with my salad yet. I’ve only been to one other salata but they were so much sweeter and patient and just had a better atmosphere all around. I don’t know what’s wrong with this specific location but I genuinely did not enjoy the experience as it was not welcoming at all. As I left the staff went right back to just talking in the corner … rude and rushed for a conversation lol
