We dine here often. My family loves the steak & chicken fried rice! Tried the Shane & Hannah rolls this time. Fantastic! Plus their onion soup (never go without adding this - love) and the garlic-something edamame which is always delicious.

Yesterday’s experience truly caught me by surprise. I felt as though I was treated like a criminal, which was very upsetting and unnecessary. I have worked in a prison environment before, and even there I was treated with more respect. Thankfully, I remained calm and handled myself with dignity. I have genuinely enjoyed dining at your restaurant over time, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I believe I have the right to have my food prepared the way I prefer, as any customer would. What troubled me most was the way the manager, Crystal, spoke to me in front of other customers in a rude tone. No one should be addressed that way publicly. I have shared this experience with my family and friends, and they were also very upset by how I was treated. It saddens me because I truly enjoyed the steak and shrimp rice, but my money is spent just like anyone else’s, and I expect to be treated with respect. I wish you all blessings and hope no other customer has to feel the way I did.

The fried calamari was so good I almost didn’t want to share. The yellowtail melted like butter. We also had edamame, ramen, Hanna rolls, and dumplings… basically ordered half the menu and regret nothing. Pineapple juice and sake? Dangerous combo too tasty! Solid dinner with the kids (who may or may not have been side-eyed for stealing my dumplings).

I ordered the pepper steak, sushi steak, and the steak rice. They first served the sushi steak. It had a "odd" seasoning to the meat, luckily the ginger they provided saved the fish (I heavily recommend ordering it with ginger for that reason). Next was the pepper steak with an egg roll and the steak rice... The pepper steak was unsalvageable. Does seasoning with very cheap and strong to the point that you couldn't even taste the actual meats. I normally hate egg rolls, but I have to say these were pretty tasty. The egg rolls had a really nice texture as well. Finally is the steak rice. If you went to your local market in got one of those cheap steaks, seasoned it with salt and pepper, cooked it in a regular saucepan with olive oil, chopped it up into small pieces and threw it over some instant fried rice, that's basically what it taste like. It wasn't terrible, but it was painfully mid. The service was good. They came every now and again and they did help me get a refund on the pepper steak so that's nice. The inside was pretty cool and clean, but the lighting was so dim I could barely read the check. The table also had a small sticky spot to it. I don't think I'm coming back here for a long time.

My family and I have been coming here for years, which makes this especially disappointing. We had a 4:45pm reservation for my 7-year-old’s birthday dinner and were asked to move it to 4:00pm to accommodate a party of 90 arriving at 6:00pm. I explained that 4:00pm wouldn’t work due to work and school pickup. They offered 4:30pm instead, but told us we would need to be finished by 5:30pm. For a child’s birthday dinner, we didn’t want to feel rushed, so we ultimately chose to book elsewhere. It was disappointing, especially as longtime customers. I hope they can find a better way (not allow online bookings to avoid this issue) to accommodate large parties without impacting existing reservations.
