I like this place! Customer services, drinks and food are good. But I was so disappointed today. I ordered a banh mi and told them please don’t toast crispy because it would hurt my teeth. After 20 minutes waiting, I got my order and the banh mi was so hard like a stone. It was hard that I couldn’t eat the banh mi outside, I only had some meat inside banh mi instead. Dear shop owner. I want to tell you this is not a complaint because I understand your shop so busy. This is just my experience that I’m sharing so you can make your business better.

If you’re in the Bellaire area and craving a solid banh mi and a great cup of coffee, this spot is a gem. The bread is perfectly crispy, the fillings are fresh and flavorful, and the coffee hits just right—strong, smooth, and energizing. Stepping in feels like being transported to a quiet morning in Saigon, with the aroma of fresh baguettes in the air and the gentle hum of life starting outside. It’s the kind of place that gives you that perfect morning vibe, especially for Houstonians who miss or love that laid-back, Vietnamese street-side café feel. Great service, chill atmosphere, and just an all-around feel-good start to the day. Highly recommend!

**"Saigon Pho has such a charming vibe! From the outside, seeing people sipping coffee feels just like Vietnam, while inside, it’s a lively café with a great atmosphere. The place is always bustling, which only adds to its charm. The Bun Moc pork soup was incredibly flavorful—adding fresh herbs and chili made it even better. The coffee was bold and well-balanced. I love how spacious yet energetic this place is. Next time, I’m definitely coming back to try their Banh Mi!"**

Nice place to grab a quick bite & drink. My combo banh mi was good, my friend had the xiu mai one which was okay, not as good. Drinks also just okay.

I always enjoy stopping by this coffee shop, and a big reason is the warm welcome I get at the front. The young lady who works at the registration counter is absolutely wonderful—she’s professional, attentive, and always greets customers with a genuine smile. She makes the ordering process quick and easy, and she has a knack for remembering regulars, which makes the experience feel personal and inviting. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it sets such a positive tone for the whole visit. Customer service like hers is rare these days—friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. She’s a real asset to this coffee shop, and I look forward to coming back every time.
