Saigon Basil

Popped in for a quick lunch and was most pleased with this little gem! Food was 10/10, the lunch portion was more than plenty! I work nearby, and our food truly was yummy to tummy lol , I'll be back for sure!

My family and I eat here once a week. The food has always been great. The service has never been good. Today after placing our pick up order from their to go menu, we noticed after paying the prices were higher than what was on the menu. The front counter person told us all the menus were incorrect on their pricing. Why are they still providing these menus??!! Where is the customer service and why are we not communicating this with the customers??!! They have lost a loyal customer. They also did not inform us that our Vietnamese eggrolls were going to be made with spring roll wraps. Very unprofessional and the customer service is thee worst!!!!

Arrived a bit early for dinner, and the food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Shaken Beef, Combination Rice Plate, and a Small Wonton Soup (not pictured). The portions were generous and offered great value for the price. Being new to the area, I’m still on the hunt for good Vietnamese food, and I'm glad I decided to try this place today. Highly recommended for everyone!

Saigon Basil offers a spacious and comfortable dining environment. I had heard many positive reviews about this restaurant, but unfortunately, when I tried it myself, the flavors did not live up to my expectations.

The service was prompt and attentive. I appreciate the thoughtful touch of adding a cucumber slice to the water; it's those small details that really enhance the experience. The food exceeded my expectations in both quality and portion size. IG: love_to_exist
