As nice as the building looked and friendly as the staff was you’d think the food was ok but it wasn’t at all. I’am new to the area so I tried Rudy’s cantina and I also tried Delpubloe up the street from this place on jones rd corner near Grant. The nachos looked like chachos nachos . The cheese wasnt authentic it made gringos cheese look like a luxury it looked like govt cheese, the food truck 2$ tacos was better.I paid 15$ for a half of nacho plate and my chips and cheese looked like play doh. No worst, it looked the kids plastic kitchen playfood from when we was kids in elementary school. I went to Del publoe paid less money and got more and the food was excellent! Hot, fresh, the pico was so authentic the chips was warm and crispy the cook did it’s thing. Not here tho the chips was basic cold, the pico was trash flavorless, and the dip (like Rotel dip) was trash flavorless also. It was so watery with no flavor when I went to Don Publoe all the sides from the rice to the condiments were a1! This place need to step they game up the presentation of the plate was horrible and sorry I was disappointed when I saw my food I expected it to be ok since I ate at Don Publoe another Mexican restaurant some days before I was basically hungry trying and wanted something authentic! This wasnt it tho next time I don’t mind doing a tok tok food review hope they get better cause Don public already got my vote but this place shocked me !

The food never disappoints. $10 to $20 a person. Big portions, fresh ingredients and delicious. Margaritas and Palomas are strong and good! Service is top notch. Honestly, the best Mexican restaurant in this area.

Came in on a Friday evening, the ambience was good and the waiters were nice. I ordered the beef enchiladas, they were ok. We sat down for at least 45 min waiting for our food. My daughter's beans were flavorless & my husband's rice was very dry. The queso.. not impressed. Margaritas were great, this was our first time here and we won't be back.
