Rotolo's Craft & Crust

I’ll start off saying that I really like the place I’ve been wanting to go there for a very long time since they’ve opened finally made it in last night. It wasn’t super crowded, but it wasn’t super packed set at the bar. We are wanting some good cold beer And a great pizza. First round a draft beers just didn’t taste right besides the beers were probably in the 40° mark if not an upper 40s the first strike, then we ordered another type of beer which tasted very flat second strike so we decided to order a pizza so we tried the recommendation pizza first timer deep dish. I did get a side salad, which was a Caesar. I will say that was a really good salad. The lettuce was crisp not too overdressing croutons were decent as a simple Caesar salad. I would’ve scored that a five. Now on the deep dish pizza all you could taste was that yucky sauce they put all over it. The sauce had a plain taste no taste of any of the meat, vegetables or anything you barely could take the dough. The dough was very crisp after you scrape off all the sauce way over sauce. I know that’s how they designed that pizza but they need to look at redesigning it I think. Overall, I was not very impressed with anything my friend. He agreed on the beer. It’s a shame. They have such a nice set up and a nice place. I also can tell the management doesn’t really care. They just worked there. I was shocked to hear this as a franchise. I probably won’t be going back to this location. I wish them good luck.

The pizza was great. Beer was great(they gave me extra orange when i asked for free). Lauren and warren were so kind and amiable to us. We were a big group and stayed quite late but had an amazing time.

We visited during the half price classic pizzas, ordered a cheese pizza and two side Caesar salads and sweet tea. The pizza was decent, the salad wasn't that great and I feel it was overpriced ($4.00 for a tiny bowl). The sweet tea was unsweet. Just wasn't my favorite and not worth the money paid

Let me first say The customer service was amazing. My server was a young lady named Lauren H. She’s a great job at serving us. Great energy treated us kind good spirit, woman, and a fool. Here is off the chain. I almost definitely get a food of five star and place to add, they bring the food out in a hot skillet if you get the chicken Parmesan plus the pizza is super hot super good. Ambience here is amazing. I sit outside nice fans for cooling TV is on with the game on for NFL. They got games. This place is truly amazing. Make sure you come and ask for Lauren H. You won’t be disappointed
