⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Rotolo’s Craft & Crust – Spring, TX (21101 Gosling Rd) I can’t say enough great things about Rotolo’s Craft & Crust in Spring, TX. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the perfect blend of warm hospitality and a top-notch dining experience. Their scratch-made dough, fresh sauces, and high-quality ingredients result in some of the best craft pizzas you’ll ever taste . Whether you’re craving a crispy Detroit-style, deep-dish, or thin-crust masterpiece, their specialty craft pies consistently deliver. But what truly sets this spot apart is their heartfelt, veteran-friendly atmosphere—Rotolo’s actively supports those who’ve served, creating a respectful, inclusive vibe that veterans and their families will feel at home in. It’s especially refreshing to see a local favorite honor and uplift our heroes. The ambiance is second to none—booths, a lively bar, large TV screens, and even outdoor patio seating make it the perfect place for game nights, group hangouts, or family dinners . Pair that with an impressive craft beer selection and you’ve got a spot where both your taste buds and your soul feel welcomed. In summary: For craft pizza in Spring, TX, with fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a place that proudly supports veterans, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust is the one to beat. My go-to for outstanding pizza and community spirit—5 stars all the way!

Let me first say The customer service was amazing. My server was a young lady named Lauren H. She’s a great job at serving us. Great energy treated us kind good spirit, woman, and a fool. Here is off the chain. I almost definitely get a food of five star and place to add, they bring the food out in a hot skillet if you get the chicken Parmesan plus the pizza is super hot super good. Ambience here is amazing. I sit outside nice fans for cooling TV is on with the game on for NFL. They got games. This place is truly amazing. Make sure you come and ask for Lauren H. You won’t be disappointed

This was my third visit to the restaurant. My last visit was to try the deep-dish pizza, which I ordered to go. To begin with, the customer service was terrible. The girl who served me didn't even know what my order was. The pizza wasn't anything amazing; it was just average compared to other people's reviews and the five-star ratings. It cost $30, and there's nothing good to say about it compared to other places in the area.

Thin crust was excellent. The deep dish was not crispy at all from the pan. The dough was barely cooked Spinach artichoke dip was great; the pita bread with the dip needed more toasting time.
