When I went to Oak street I was very excited after seeing the commercials , however I was very disappointed, I had huge concerns , I was very disappointed, I was scheduled for a bone densatie along w a mammogram, I got there no refurel . I just don’t want to go into it any more. I was very disappointed . I have now changed and going to another Dr’s office.

If I could give a 0 I would. This is not against the NP I was seeing because she is great. The people who answer the phone are horrible and non caring. I had been very sick for a month and tried to make an appointment and was told I had to he assessed first and someone would call me back. That call never came. I had taken tests and was never called to discuss results which I found out months later is something of concern. Trying to get information is a nightmare with these people. I recommended 2 people to them and I regret it deeply. All that fake nonsense on TV they advertise is nothing but a hoax to get you to join. I get a headache everytime I think about Oak Street and not going to deal with this ridiculous nonsense anymore.

It was a wonderful experience visiting oak Street the nurses and doctor was great they got everything done I wanted and more keep up the wonderful service .

My experience on my first day was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Very knowledgeable about everything. If you’re looking for a new Medical Facility try Oak Health Center. Wonderful
