It’s really organized A very nice facility you don’t wait hours to get seen they are very courtesy. Very good customer service. I love it there. I have went to places where doctors they talked at you not to you.. They quick to say you old you getting old you got arthritis not questioning the situation that I might be having.

When I went to Oak street I was very excited after seeing the commercials , however I was very disappointed, I had huge concerns , I was very disappointed, I was scheduled for a bone densatie along w a mammogram, I got there no refurel . I just don’t want to go into it any more. I was very disappointed . I have now changed and going to another Dr’s office.

I had a good experience with Oak Street Health. Very collaborative. Michelle Wiley, NP, listened to me and my daughter explain my past condition and proceed from there.🙂

Dr.T took her time explaining things about my health status . I learned a lot from her and I fell much better about my status . Thanks Oak Street you Dr. T and Oak street !
