Was visiting and heard that Ricky’s was the best spot around for bourbon. They do have a great selection. Unfortunately, all of the hard to get bourbon choices are in a glass case, and you have to accrue points to be able to buy them. You do get to pay MSRP but you may have had to spend $4,500 on other stuff to reach that point. This is a very fair way of rewarding loyal customers with very hard to find bottles. Unfortunately, since we’re visiting. We won’t be accruing enough points.

This is a great local shop. The original owner was a pilot in the ARVN. He fought with the US in Vietnam. When he retired his nephew and niece became the owners. They are great people and the selection is as well. The pricing is very competitive too. Support your local businesses.

I recently got into whiskey collecting and stumbled upon this store by chance and I’m so glad I did. They have a great selection and I’ve been able to buy many harder to find bottles right off the shelf. For the allocated bottles, they have a rewards/loyalty and raffle system (hope I win!). I find that fair and incentivizes you to become a regular. The cherry on top is that it is owned and operated by a Vietnamese family. Being Vietnamese, I was very happy to hear that. Also, I get to brush up on my broken Vietnamese when conversing with the clerk. :) I typically support local businesses and the vibe and selection makes it a no brainer. Highly recommend!
