I would like to raise a concern regarding the spinach we recently purchased. The product inside the packaging is different from what was advertised. If we wanted spinach with stems included, we would have chosen to buy spinach and stems separately. Mixing them together compromises the original quality of the product and does not match customer expectations. We kindly ask that you maintain the integrity of the advertised product so customers receive exactly what they pay for. This will help preserve trust and ensure consistent quality moving forward.

I just buy oyster, mussel and clams. When i go to cashier for check out she starting complain about smell. She make feel bad this morning if she don't like smell she can do cashier and restaurant depot stop selling fish. I used to go every 2-3times per week Since 8 years ago. i don't expect good customer care but i don't want to heard like that like of complains.

I've been going to this place forever because I have too. Long time customer here. I wish there were LESS stars to give. This place is always an absolute nightmare as soon as you step in the door. Here's an actual every week experience. You park in a filthy gutted parking lot and hopefully manage to snag a cart because there's never any. You finally get through the door while the security guard eyeballs you like you're a piece of meat or a criminal. All the while dodging cars and carts all around this rodeo of a store. Cheapish prices honestly on quite a few things but you gotta drag your cart through a mess of other people, PALLETS EVERYWHEREEEEEE in the aisles, and the constant horns and beeps of the forklifts are right behind you. Anxiety is embedded in this store By the time you finally get through the store and get to the register you better sit TIGHT. There's always and forever a huge line. They have the slowest, undeserving untrained mess, assembly team of cashiers that I've ever seen. 20 mins at the least almost everytime. You finally manage check out and most of the time get to wait in ANOTHER line so they can make sure that you didn't steal or their clown team of cashiers didn't give you more than you deserve. This place also hasn't revamped the way it checks customer or HELPS customers out in years. No revamp, no updates, nothing. Just a perpetual warehouse store type cash grab. Feels like 2003 up there at that register and by the time you come out of the store it's 2018 again. Absolute joke here. Some of these reviews must be fake, I've been a long time customer and here's the real deal. Place should be torn down for a Costco.
