Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This, in my opinion, is the best burger You can get anyplace now at least anyplace near us, it actually tastes like it's real beef. Now I'm not saying it is, so don't "quote me", Because who knows what it is with what they're making this stuff out of nowadays. But this place takes the time to make it taste like it's real beef when others dont care anymore. & they have i think 6 all the time specials, that are as cheap or cheaper than fast food plus you get bottomless fries & bottomless drink. & even the regular menu items ain't much more than fast food, but it tastes way better we also had mozzarella twists? I like a mozzarella stick, but longer and twisty. They were slamming, they were good.. did have to wait a while for a seat even tho no line & the "stud, i think thats what they/themselves call them." seemed like she had a problem/kinda attitude because she asked if we cared about the high tables & wife said can we get a booth if you have one please. once we were sat down everything was perfect. went to bathroom & it was clean no bad smell everything worked & was stocked. & on our way out even won the wife's some stuff out of the claw machines. all the other places I knew that had good burgers have either folded or gave in to the serving Soy tasting burgers. Thank you for being a place you can still have a good burger.

Joe the waiter was outstanding. The bacon and bleu burger was as good as the one at Fat Tuesday in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Cool stuff on the walls, and ceilings, and countertops, and over the door leading to the bathrooms. Take it all in, very offbeat and upbeat atmosphere here. And make sure to join the birthday club!

OMG!! I will never be back to this location ever again. It was the worst experience. First I didn't get served until about 10 minutes into being seated. They were relatively busy for a Saturday I get that but the people who were set after I, were served immediately. I have zero expectations of a good experience from the get-go. Hamburger was not cooked fully and when I asked for a manager with my eyes by the way, I had say it out loud so the manager can hear me and the whole restaurant. And it wasn't because I was being rude it was because the manager couldn't hear me say it three other times. I am not that soft spoken. I never got a refill on my water. And it took another 10 minutes from me to ask for them to add my burger back to the grill. The fries were good. No service is absolutely lousy. I've never had this bad of experience before at this company. I wouldn't recommend this location if this was the only food in town. Also the prices have gone up by like five dollars. There was no Burger on that menu under $15

This place has went waaaaaay down hill. Frys are not the same they were nasty and soggy. Table smelt like old wash rag. The server was good but the food was just awful. We haven't been here in a long time but decided to show our kids how awesome the endless fries are and the burgers were so good. Today yea completely different. Frys were soggy and apparently you have to ask for endless frys these days or they charge you extra. My rewards discount was transferred to the table beside us for some reason even though we were there like 40 min before these people even sat down next to us. I was told my rewards of 10$ off would ve given back to me but it never was. I was also told our reds robin double burgers were discontinued so they wouldnt honor the reward. Bunch of BS basically. 140$+ bill for crap food and will not be back again. Again the waitor was a good guy nice n all but our bill was rediculous and i didnt get my rewards of 10$ back because it got spent on the table beside us. I really hope they enjoyed the free 10$ off their bill. Red Robins has turned to shisa. Will not go again.
