Red Lobster’s $20 Monday deal for Maine lobster and shrimp with 1 side is a great value. The lobster was impressively fresh, sweet, and cooked just right — tender and not chewy at all. 100/100 to the chef for execution. The restaurant has a farmhouse-style design that feels a bit dated, but the seating is comfortable. One downside was cleanliness — there were food crumbs left on the chair and table, so we had to switch seats. Service was okay overall, but a bit slow. It took about 30–40 minutes to get the main course and over 10 minutes just for drinks and the complimentary bread, even though it was lunchtime with only four tables occupied. Anyway it wasn’t a major issue. The food quality made up for it, and I would definitely come back.

Joyce was amazing! She provided great service and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her recommendations were super helpful and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She truly went above and beyond to help us today. Highly recommend! The mariners seafood boild was super good too

I've been meaning to post this for about a month!! The food at the Katy Mills Red Lobster is definitely better than it has been in recent years. The atmosphere hasn't changed, which is a good thing. But the service definitely has, and that's a very good thing! ARIANNA was a completely amazing waitress who was attentive and friendly without hovering. She anticipated our needs and is a big reason that we will be back.

Really appreciated how our server Harry looked after us. My mom is in a wheelchair and we were sat in a section with enough space around us which is really appreciated. The cheddar bay were incredible of course and my mom had the twin lobster entrée, we split the calamari which was hot, crispy and delicious and had the stuffed mushrooms as well.. Despite how busy Harry’s section was, we really were in good hands.

We’ve been back here a couple of times and Yvette has waited on us both times. Red lobster has revamped the menu, drinks, you name it. I got the lobster and shrimp boil bad in Cajun butter and let me tell you what. It was absolutely delicious! Yvette has ALWAYS given us the most excellent service and attention. She is absolutely incredible. We will definitely keep coming back again and again.
