I've been meaning to post this for about a month!! The food at the Katy Mills Red Lobster is definitely better than it has been in recent years. The atmosphere hasn't changed, which is a good thing. But the service definitely has, and that's a very good thing! ARIANNA was a completely amazing waitress who was attentive and friendly without hovering. She anticipated our needs and is a big reason that we will be back.

Really appreciated how our server Harry looked after us. My mom is in a wheelchair and we were sat in a section with enough space around us which is really appreciated. The cheddar bay were incredible of course and my mom had the twin lobster entrée, we split the calamari which was hot, crispy and delicious and had the stuffed mushrooms as well.. Despite how busy Harry’s section was, we really were in good hands.

I came to try the new seafood boil bags. I had the Mariners Seafood boil option with lobster, shrimp, crab, potatoes and corn. I had my bag tossed with both seasoning options ( garlic butter and another one). The portion was nice, but the seasoning was lacking salt. I had to keep adding salt to taste flavor. The "butter" was not butter. It tasted like margarine. My server was nice and helpful. It took over 15 minutes to get the cheddar bay biscuits. We were told they were baking some. All in all it wasn't bad, but if I was to order this item again, I'd go prepared with some old bay seasoning in my bag.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, you could really taste the quality in every dish. My mother and I were also so impressed by the amazing service we received from Ismail. He was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His genuine care and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
