First time here. Will def return. Went for Xmas eve dinner. Kevin our waiter was on point and so was the food. All dishes came out quick Sugar cookie martini was lush as hell. 🥰

Had the 3-course business lunch at Red Flame Grill and Bar for $23.95, which was great for a casual lunch Started with a cup of mushroom cream soup -- rich, creamy, and super comforting. Then came the Korean grilled wings: smoky, juicy, with a sweet glaze and just the right char. Loved the sesame and scallion garnish. For the main, I got the ribeye tacos. The meat was tender and flavorful, topped with fresh veggies and avocado, also with some BBQ sauce on the side that you can control. The side of black beans with queso cheese really tied it all together. Portions were generous, everything was flavorful, and service was solid. One thing I would adjust is the speed of the food, felt like it was coming out too fast before I could finish a course, the next course was already taking the table space around me. New review: 9/5/2025 Had the pumpkin soup, tuna ponzu, and surf & turf. Tuna was fresh and flavorful with the avocado, and the soup was cozy with the croutons giving it a nice touch. A bit disappointed that I ordered the steak rare but it came out medium. Server kindly offered to fix it, but we didn’t have time to wait for a new one. Still enjoyed the flavors though.

We have eaten at the 1488 locations many times. The food is delicious if not exquisite. The service is timely and friendly. We have used their catering services. They set up the food, served, cleaned up and it was absolutely perfect! The guests were amazed at the food quality and taste. Julio built the menu we requested and we were more than satisfied!

Nice entrance, where you forget you entered a strip mall area. Leather place mats inside and leather aprons on the servers. Outside area is covered and enjoyable. Korean filet appetizer, ribeye, picanha, bread pudding, chocolate sphere, red wine, espressos, what a nice night! Service and experience was outstanding! A good meal and a nice experience. I had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time at Red Flame Steakhouse. Started the night with a perfectly made Rob Roy, smooth, balanced, and exactly how it should be. From there, everything kept getting better. The ribeye (medium rare) was cooked flawlessly with that rich, juicy flavor you hope for but rarely get. The lobster bisque was velvety and packed with flavor, and the mashed potatoes were the perfect comfort pairing, creamy, buttery, and done right. Red Flame nails the details, the service, and the flavor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a true steakhouse experience done at a high level.
