Lovely building. Great staff! Brenda was so nice and professional when I came to view units. She guided my tour and was wonderful. Since I applied and got approved, I have been calling with every little thing that comes up and Chris has answered the phone each time and gone out of his way to help me and give me clear and correct information. Moving is so stressful! But knowing that someone is going to pick up the phone with a good attitude and solid information to help me along my way has made this process so much more manageable! Thank you so much! I will revise this review to elaborate on my everyday experience once I’m moved in. UPDATE: It’s been about a month getting settled & management handles every issue I raise immediately. Very competent, professional & a solid team to have managing a luxury building. Also, there is an AI concierge that I bother constantly & it’s pretty responsive. Views are amazing, maintenance is respectful & gets it done. I would recommend this community for peaceful, high standard of living.

As a local apartment locator in Houston with Leasing Solutions , I worked closely with this community for nearly a year while assisting a client with his first apartment experience through their search and leasing process. During that time, I had extensive interaction with the property and was consistently impressed with the quality of the community, its location, and the overall resident experience. I narrowed the search down to 2 options and he opted for Vargo on the Lake , which is a lovely property . Although my client ultimately moved forward without my locator credit being finalized, I believe in giving credit where it’s due. This property continues to stand out, and the new management team with Mr Green has elevated the experience even further with improved communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. From a locator’s perspective, it’s always important to work with communities that value both clients and partnerships, and I’m confident this team is moving in a strong direction. I would absolutely continue recommending this property to clients looking in the area. Wishing continued success to the new manager and the entire team!

I put in the work order Feb 17 and maintenance just showed up at my door YESTERDAY MARCH 5! I was surprised anyway because I reported low water pressure and hours later the office sent notice to all residents of the problem and later was resolved so it wasn't just my unit but building wide. However, what in the world is going on with your management when it takes THREE WEEKS to respond to a work order?? Then of course ZERO was done for pest control request as well put in at same time and numeroustimes prior. I just got an email on Wednesday night telling me to call the office if I need it done, they come on Wednesdays. So after the fact. Y'all are far from on top of it.

Jasmine is such an awesome person! She treated my fiance and I like old friends while giving us a tour and providing information about Vargos. She has a welcoming and genuine spirit while staying in control. It’s no coincidence that we met her - it was meant to be! Some people are just blessed and meant to do what they do. Theses guys close out maintenance request when work is still needed. You come into a person place and you leave your trash, like your empty water bottle, and the box you brought in with a part. My bathroom issues is still not complete with no message saying when they plan on coming back.
