"3 years is enough! I'm outta here! Beware of this apartment complex! The management, Jazmine, is rude and unprofessional. The manager's assistant? Forget about it, she's WIDE RUDE. They don't care about residents, period. Packages go missing, and when you ask, they brush it off like it's "not their job". They'll tow your car without notice, blaming it on expired registration parking and I have apartment sticker in my car . And don't even talk about the dog poop in front of my door - NO ONE picks it up! I've had to deal with a constant stench because of their lack of care. And the alarm? It goes off at 8 AM and doesn't stop till 5 PM, They don't care that people work from home and need peace. And don't get me started on the maintenance - hot water's been off for a week, The place is a mess - trash, and the smell of weed everywhere. Elevators break down, and they just don't care. They won't even fix it! And the manager's assistant? Thinks she's above it all. Came into my apartment UNANNOUNCED. NO RESPECT. If you value your sanity, stay away. They only care about collecting rent. 1/5 stars"

I put in the work order Feb 17 and maintenance just showed up at my door YESTERDAY MARCH 5! I was surprised anyway because I reported low water pressure and hours later the office sent notice to all residents of the problem and later was resolved so it wasn't just my unit but building wide. However, what in the world is going on with your management when it takes THREE WEEKS to respond to a work order?? Then of course ZERO was done for pest control request as well put in at same time and numeroustimes prior. I just got an email on Wednesday night telling me to call the office if I need it done, they come on Wednesdays. So after the fact. Y'all are far from on top of it.

Jasmine is such an awesome person! She treated my fiance and I like old friends while giving us a tour and providing information about Vargos. She has a welcoming and genuine spirit while staying in control. It’s no coincidence that we met her - it was meant to be! Some people are just blessed and meant to do what they do. The manager’s behavior was absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional and unacceptable experience at the leasing office. I had a scheduled appointment for an apartment tour and even arrived earlier I was told by the leasing staff that I would be able to tour an apartment, then left waiting for about 10–15 minutes. After that, the manager came out and abruptly said I could not tour .— using a raised, aggressive tone while staring at my face in an uncomfortable and disrespectful way. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and honestly came across as uneducated in customer service and basic communication. If this is how management treats potential tenants, it says a lot about the property. Someone with this attitude should not be working in a leasing office. She clearly does not know how to speak to people and definitely does not make anyone want to lease a unit here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Don’t let the lake and dog park fool you; this place is an absolute nightmare. It was so bad that we had to break our lease early. To make matters worse, they charged us for everything after we left, even though we paid a nonrefundable deposit and left the place spotless. The charges included paint and carpet cleaning! (Aren't they supposed to replace the carpet anyway?) The management that took over a little over a year ago ruined everything. Scroll down and see for yourself—there are plenty of reviews that discuss this. You can definitely tell who has lived here and experienced the nightmare: trash everywhere, dog waste in the hallways, break-ins, pool parties with loud music late at night (we used the pool twice in two years and stopped when we noticed someone had pooped in it), broken elevators, and people smoking marijuana all over the property (the fire alarm goes off constantly because of this). The management is careless and rude, and they don’t respond to emails. Did I mention we were left with no water and electricity FOR A WHOLE WEEK after the hurricane? Not a single email, no contingency plan—they even locked the pool after some people tried to get water to use the restroom. The parking lot organization is terrible; we constantly had to call security because our reserved parking spaces were occupied. Good luck finding a spot after 6 PM if you don’t reserve one. The gates are broken all the time, allowing all kinds of people in. Look at the reviews—this is a thief's dream. Not long ago, they stole the mirrors from all the Mercedes cars in the parking lot; almost seven cars were hit. And there’s more! They broke into the mailroom and took all the mail. I even had to change my drop-off address because my Amazon packages were constantly lost. I could keep going on and on.....
