Absolutely terrible place to live. I stayed on the first floor and could hear everything my upstairs neighbor was doing at all hours of the day and night — footsteps, movement, noise — all of it. I requested a transfer because of the constant disturbance, but now apartment apartment above me is just as noisy but worse bc I can hear their bed creeking at 3am!! Gross. They wake me up at all hours of the night. I’ve filed numerous noise complaints and nothing has been done. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear your neighbors doing practically everything. Trash is consistently overflowing, which makes the hallways smell awful. Management forced residents into a “valet trash” service that doesn’t even operate on Fridays and Saturdays, so the odor has gotten even worse. The freight elevator has been broken for years — they keep blaming “parts,” fix it briefly, then it goes down again for months. There is dog waste in the hallways far too often. They used to mop daily, but that has stopped, and now you can smell it as soon as you step outside your apartment. A vending machine was installed in the lobby with no visible pricing — after scanning, I was charged $10 for a small bag of chips. Management turnover has been constant, which speaks for itself. Getting help or accountability is nearly impossible. Packages are frequently stolen, and concerns are not handled properly. I’ve seen so many cars broken into. Overall, extremely poor building maintenance, noise control, and management responsiveness. I would not recommend living here.

"3 years is enough! I'm outta here! Beware of this apartment complex! The management, Jazmine, is rude and unprofessional. The manager's assistant? Forget about it, she's WIDE RUDE. They don't care about residents, period. Packages go missing, and when you ask, they brush it off like it's "not their job". They'll tow your car without notice, blaming it on expired registration parking and I have apartment sticker in my car . And don't even talk about the dog poop in front of my door - NO ONE picks it up! I've had to deal with a constant stench because of their lack of care. And the alarm? It goes off at 8 AM and doesn't stop till 5 PM, They don't care that people work from home and need peace. And don't get me started on the maintenance - hot water's been off for a week, The place is a mess - trash, and the smell of weed everywhere. Elevators break down, and they just don't care. They won't even fix it! And the manager's assistant? Thinks she's above it all. Came into my apartment UNANNOUNCED. NO RESPECT. If you value your sanity, stay away. They only care about collecting rent. 1/5 stars"

Jasmine is such an awesome person! She treated my fiance and I like old friends while giving us a tour and providing information about Vargos. She has a welcoming and genuine spirit while staying in control. It’s no coincidence that we met her - it was meant to be! Some people are just blessed and meant to do what they do. The manager’s behavior was absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional and unacceptable experience at the leasing office. I had a scheduled appointment for an apartment tour and even arrived earlier I was told by the leasing staff that I would be able to tour an apartment, then left waiting for about 10–15 minutes. After that, the manager came out and abruptly said I could not tour .— using a raised, aggressive tone while staring at my face in an uncomfortable and disrespectful way. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and honestly came across as uneducated in customer service and basic communication. If this is how management treats potential tenants, it says a lot about the property. Someone with this attitude should not be working in a leasing office. She clearly does not know how to speak to people and definitely does not make anyone want to lease a unit here.

Vargos is great but has major flaws they need to address. Top concern: There is “security” for the garage and property at night but cars are broken into frequently. More security is needed to truly monitor insecure areas at once. 1. Freight Elevator is always under maintenance but never fixed longer than a week. 2. Fire alarms too sensitive and go off frequently. Makes residents skeptical that the fire alarms we here are real emergencies. 3. Thin walls. I can hear my upstairs neighbors’ footsteps way too much.
