I highly recommend Smart Meals, not only does it taste delicious but is also healthy. I also save countless of hours from cooking/cleaning, which gives me more time for my family. I've been to a lot of meal prep places around the USA and houston area but none was as good as Smart Meals. Ive been going to Smart Meals for over 2 years and I've been able to maintain a healthy weight since, which also helps me stay ready for any 5k,10k,half marathon, Hyrox races that come my way. Highly recommend this place.

If I could give 10 stars for the food I would! The food is not only delicious but Sharon and her staff make sure their food is of the best quality. They hire food scientists to make sure all the food is measured and calculated correctly for fat and protein and carbs. The staff is super friendly and helpful to meet your food and diet goals. Besides all that Sharon gives back to the community 10 fold. She donates a lot of food to those who need it. She is also an animal advocate and very passionate about animals. Food is amazing and Sharon and staff are all amazing humans!

I ordered from Smart Meals after searching for a local business that provided pre-made food options that are healthy but also taste good. I ordered 1 chicken, 1 beef, and 1 turkey meal as well as a breakfast meal. All were delicious and high in protein and low in fat. I picked up directly from the store, but they can also deliver!

Smart meals has tasty options and macro friendly for whatever your fitness goal is. One of my favorites is their turkey chili but all their recipes are delicious and helps cut down my meal prep time weekly tremendously. Definitely try it out!
