1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I ordered a milk tea with 50% sugar and asked for less ice or no ice. When the drink was handed to us, the cup was about 70% filled with ice. I politely asked if they could reduce the ice, but one male employee responded with a rude attitude and insisted that milk tea cannot be made without ice. After I asked again, he reluctantly poured out the ice and handed back a cup that was only about half full. When my child tried it, it tasted extremely sweet and was basically undrinkable. We ended up throwing it away and had to drive to another tea shop to buy two new drinks. The issue wasn’t just the drink — it was the poor service attitude. I hope the management pays attention to customer service and improves the experience for future customers. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

It’s legitimately the only place I get my boba tea around here. It’s always consistent, the service is good, and the flavor choices here are great! If you can’t decide get the Taro Stormy!

got my drink completely wrong, like brrahhh, I clearly ordered Jasmine MILK TEA, and how did the staff even mess up with regular Jasmine Tea? You might they taste the same in some way but NO THEY ARE NOT, THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, like come on, I ordered Milk Tea version for a reason. Updated: At least the other staffs and manager quickly respond and remake me the drinks along with some coupons

Be sure to clarify how ice you want. I asked for regular, they chose to fill my whole cup with ice. Scammed me out of a drink. All I got was water. This place is disgraceful.

I’m glad this business is featured during HAPI because they hardly have any customers. I ordered the taro stormy with boba and rainbow jelly. 70% sugar was still too sweet for me so next time I’ll request less sugar. The staff was friendly. I’ll definitely come again to support their business.
