Quiznos

Be extremely careful here. There is a young man that works during the day that will try to steal your money when I went to go pay for the food, I tapped my credit card on the little kiosk thing and then he took it back and then I saw him secretly add a tip amount of two dollars. I asked him to print the receipt and he said that was very difficult. And I said to do it anyway. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that there was a tip added. I asked him. Why did you add the tip? He acted dumb and said that he’s not sure why it did that. I told him I just saw your hand move and add the amount of two dollars on that little kiosk. He played dumb. This is the last time I’ll ever go to that Quiznos again. It’s very disheartening because I wanted to eat at Quiznos since I had not been there in a long time and my experience now is that it is a police associated with theft.

Quiznos have the best subs ever but their customer service in this location is below 0 zero , I came twice this week , very rude staff all 3 of them . Nobody wants to work no customer service , no hello … this place can have more sales if it have the right people ..

The sandwiches at Quiznos are delicious. I had a large sandwich and split it with my wife. It was huge. Unfortunately, I and diabetic and this specific Quiznos did not have an alternative drink except water.

Loved until today..... I purchased a full size salad as I do often. The bowl is usually packed to the top. Today I received a half bowl of lettuce. When I mentioned it to the guy cashier, he stated, "We are almost out of lettuce...... you are welcome to come back and get another salad when the shipment comes." Huh? Almost out, means I should have gotten the full amount of lettuce I had just paid for. Not to mention they were out of spinach. You cannot skim on paying customers when you are running low on an ingredient. I didn't get what I paid for. I didn't realize just how little lettuce I received until I opened the package at home.

Before ordering, I asked if the smoothies were made from fresh fruits, the staff that I dealt with said they were. But he was lying and he knew it! The smoothies was all flavours and sugar which I made very clear that I didn’t want. Furthermore, when I was paying for the order, he kept the POS machine away from me. He snatched my bank card, swiped it and quickly punched in the security number at the back of the card , even though I asked to put in my PIN to guard against fraud. To my order, the sandwich was awful, the meat tasted raw. In summary, we couldn’t eat what we ordered and paid for. I’ll definitely never be visiting Quiznos ever again, and I don’t recommend that you do.
