Updated on August 18,2022. I just keep coming back. They have successfully managed to deliver stable quality of their beverages, which is quite impressive. Boba is not overnight, tea is freshly brewed and sweetness is balanced. Love it. If you’re looking for fresh boba and good milk tea, this is the good place to go. I got milk tea with grass jelly and boba, and I really like it. They also have snacks not sure if is good.

Family run tea shop,clean and nice staff. They have a choice of organic milk😀. Love the stubby cup, definition more tea compared to other boba tea shops. They offer to make it better if it doesn't meet your preference definitely a 5 star quality. Great menu and relaxing spot

Another solid boba tea shop. Tried the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba at regular sugar level and lite on the ice. It was okay. The flavor was good, but I would have liked it a little sweeter. Team member managing the counter was friendly. Drinks are big. Although all the above are positive, I wouldn’t suggest this shop for studying, reading, doing anything that requires space. It’s a little cramped inside, and the furniture is not suited for lounging. Aside from that, definitely worth a second visit.

First time here and I’ll definitely be back soon. The man at the front counter is beyond knowledgeable and super helpful with choosing your drink. People came in and seemed like regulars, ordering their usual and the staff seemed to know their orders quite well. Very clean. Very sleek looking. Overall, a great place to get a bite to eat or a drink and work on your laptop or just come in and chat away with your peeps!

They use different size cup than most of place do which is not easy for the cup holder in the car but its bigger size over all,milk tea was delicious, I love matcha pudding,you can't easy to find it anywhere.
