Today 2/2 at approximately 5:40 pm. I drove through drive through and the lady that worked drive through had the worse attitude that I've ever experienced at any place of business. She reacted on the speaker immediately as if she had a bad day and was very short and horrible tone of voice. She rushed me through and seemed to be very annoyed with any additional questions. As she attempted to give me my change after paying 10.00 bill for my 4.99 chicken tender and biscuit special she was so busy arguing with the customer behind my vehicle and looking back at him with a very annoyed and unprofessional attitude she short changed me by 1.00. She refused to give me a receipt and handed me 3 dollar bills and a couple of loose coins. I proceeded to ask her for my receipt to verify the cost and she still refused and said in a loud tone I GAVE YOU 4 dollars and some change which I knew was incorrect. I only received 3 loose dollars. She then instructed me to pull my vehicle up and the food will be brought out to me. After such bad attitude with me I went inside and she was about to walk out to bring my order. I ask her who was the manager on shift and she said loudly I AM! I explained to her that I wanted my correct change and she said loudly I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT A DOLLAR! I wasn't speaking loudly nor with an attitude although she still was upset and rude. She stated loudly to me in front of other customers DO YOU NEED A DOLLAR and I proceeded to explain to her that if the drawer is over 1 dollar at the end of the night it belongs to me. She went near the register and brought back 1 dollar and rolled her eyes an walked off. How can a supposedly manager of a food establishment greet customers in such manner. When I walked out to go back to my vehicle the customer behind me parked waiting on his food said I agree totally with you Mam! That lady at drive through has a problem!! She should never work dealing with the public maybe they should promote her to maintain or ground keeper. I feel bad that Hartz hired such a rude and miserable individual to ruin there establishment. It's too many other Restraunt's that appreciate there customers and treat them professional and treat them with professionalism and appreciation. I will definitely never visit Hartz on Fondren again!! I rate them zero stars.

This is the best Hartz’s in Houston. I did a large pick up order here and everything was wonderful and timely. The customer service is unmatched. Will definitely be back for any future orders. Very clean restaurant too

The attitude and culture of management is poor and nonreceptive to customers concerns. The cashiers use to be polite and professional. Now there seems to a great turnover in staff. This neighborhood will not tolerate poor service and ignorant management. The Corporation will have a petition from this community very soon.

This new chicken place opened up in an old Church's Chicken location. My wife drove over and picked up some chicken tenders, fries and some livers for herself. She got a drink and asked for gravy....the gravy never made it into the bag. They're brand new so I won't deduct a star. The 7 chicken tenders, fries and rolls were amazing....didn't try the livers but my wife loved them. We'll be back. They have a lunch buffet.

First off boss lady has a amazing and wonderful customer service and when it comes to the fish,sides mouth watering and the kool aid is the best makes you feel like you’re at home at Grandmas house.Overall This Store has a great family vibe and the Employees are very welcoming.
