FINALLY I found a Great Vegan fast food place! The food is so good. As a vegan we crave fast food and Project Pollo Menu checks all the boxes with this amazing menu. The Original sandwich taste so legit, and the tots or fries are so good as well. But you should definitely try the Loaded Pappas fries. It' amazing! Oh and I can't forget about the Shakes all vegan and taste so sweet and delicious. I'm already becoming a regular here. The staff is Nice and the Drive thru is fast and convenient. The inside is neat and clean and there is a nice outdoor patio to eat and hangout with friends .

We had very high expectations for Project Pollo, and it’s easy to say that they were far exceeded! Everything was absolutely delicious including the burgers, fries and milkshakes!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be a regular eating place for us. So happy it’s in Katy now!

My family went to eat here today. The food was really good. If you’re needing comfort food and you’re vegan this is the place for you. My daughter had the original chicken sandwich and a double chocolate milkshake which she said was awesome. And my husband and I split the hot Nashville chicken sandwich And loaded tots. We were so full my gosh. It was really good if you are looking to try plant-based or vegan or you already do definitely give this place a shot.

If you are transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle and fear you’ll be deprived of your favorite spicy chi*ken sandwich or your m*lkshakes? This is the place for you! We thought the ch*ken was amazing and the Pumpkin and Oreo shakes - outstanding!!! Great food! Friendly Staff! Excellent Service! If I owned this establishment, I’d do something to spruce the dining area up. If anything, I’d make sure it was super clean.

Great vegan fast food. Staff is super friendly too. We’ve managed to eat everything on the menu. Our favorites: original sandwich, Caesar wrap, and tots. The doppelgänger soda is delicious too. Can’t go wrong with a shake either.
