This store stinks like sewage and the Houston health department shut it down for several days because they had leaking plumbing that they were serving food in. You can see the employees mopping up the sewage water while making your food . You definitely should not eat here. Everything I’m saying can obviously be verified through the Houston health department. I walked out on 1/9 it was shut down 1/10 and it’s 1/23 and I still don’t have a refund. Pizza Hut has the worst customer service. Never again.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut—the food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff seemed to be doing their best under tough conditions. Jackie, the manager, was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. She’s clearly a strong leader and cares a lot about both the customers and her team. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the heat inside the restaurant was pretty intense. You could tell the employees were really struggling to stay cool, and that’s a serious concern. Management needs to get the AC fixed soon before someone ends up having a medical emergency.

This is literally the absolute worst "pan" pizza I've ever seen or tasted in my life. And I eat a lot of pan pizzas. This tasted like someone poured a bottle of barbecue sauce on an undercooked Tostinos microwave pizza. And they had to nerve to tell us this is what their pan pizzas look like. The audacity.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in life. I’ve cooked frozen pizzas at home that tasted better and fresher than this. The pizza I had today was bland and tasted like I was eating cardboard. The pizza didn’t have enough cheese and was very greasy in the center. Yet the crust was dry. I always order hand tossed crust from other Pizza Huts and they usually have a butter herb flavor on the crust. I ate two pieces and threw the rest away. Never again. I did the curb side pick up option. The customer service was okay.
