Priceless Pizza

Got off work late last night wanting Pizza Hut but the pizza wasn’t cooked through.. I do understand you guys were closing and have also work at a Pizza Hut, but you can take the time out to make sure the pizza is quality and cooked..When I asked for extra sauce I didn’t want it lathered on there…Sauce was literally running out the side of the box and the cheese was not melted or cooked through..

Always have a first class experience at the 4001 Richmond location. The team led by Camarino is excellent. Adrian is awesome. Everyone should come here for excellent service. You’ll will not be disappointed!!

Came here for lunch, picked my pizza up & went all the way back to work. Once I got back to work, realized my pizza was olives and mushrooms. Not at all what I had ordered. Had to go all the way back, the worker there didn’t want to give me their name and was so unhelpful and said I can just leave a bad review. To the manager here, please hire better employees! The least he could have done was be a little nice but wants to be rude like it was my fault. Thanks for nothing at this location and wasted my whole lunch on this. Won’t ever be back.

This store stinks like sewage and the Houston health department shut it down for several days because they had leaking plumbing that they were serving food in. You can see the employees mopping up the sewage water while making your food . You definitely should not eat here. Everything I’m saying can obviously be verified through the Houston health department. I walked out on 1/9 it was shut down 1/10 and it’s 1/23 and I still don’t have a refund. Pizza Hut has the worst customer service. Never again.

This is what I’m talking about. Great job🙌🏼 my first time buying Pizza Hut from this location looks amazing. Please keep up the good work 💪🏼 I will always purchase from this location. I hope it will always be good and not go under like most locations do and I also hope they keep the right employees there👍🏻
