Do not go. The customer service was terrible. They didn’t ID customers, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the whole experience just fell flat. At this point, you’re better off going to Spec’s down the street. “Kevin” really disappointed us. Please pay attention to who’s coming in and out, be attentive, smile a little, and act like you actually want to be there. A little professionalism goes a long way.

Horrible experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Two employees in particular treated me with complete disrespect and showed zero interest in helping. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

There are certain establishments you walk into that make it clear that you’re not welcomed. This is definitely one of them. Unprofessional staff, cashier specially.. dismissive and inattentive on three consecutive occasions. Horrible customer service. I talk with my money. I will buy some place else.
