⭐⭐⭐½☆ (3.5/5) Pour Behavior has good bones for Sunday brunch, but it didn’t fully deliver the Sunday Funday experience. The mimosa towers were solid and definitely the best drink option on the table. The chicken biscuit was fire — easily the standout dish and the safest order. The music mix was good and the crowd was cool, social and relaxed without being overwhelming. That said, there really weren’t many true brunch drink specials. It felt more like a “diet Sunday Funday” than a full turn-up brunch. Drinks were fine, but nothing that made you want to stay all afternoon. Having shot girls or roaming mini pours would instantly raise the energy and match the vibe they’re aiming for. Food for the rest of the table was hit or miss — some plates landed, others were just okay, so consistency could use work. Big downside: parking. Paying $20 to park for brunch feels steep and doesn’t match the overall value, especially when the brunch specials aren’t aggressive. Overall, it’s a decent brunch spot for vibes and mimosas, but with stronger drink specials, more interactive energy, and cheaper parking, this place could really level up.

Another amazing establishment that absolutely did not disappoint. Period.💁🏽‍♀️ We celebrated my 47th birthday brunch the right way and from the moment we walked in. It was a whole experience. Our hostess. Chef’s kiss. Attentive. Warm. On point. A true girls’ girl. IYKYK… I intentionally booked the first opening at 10am because listen. I wanted peace. I wanted ease. I wanted to brunch, vibe, and still have my entire day ahead of me. Best decision ever. We were able to chill, unwind, and really take in the space without chaos. That alone deserves a round of applause. Now let’s talk about the aesthetics. Because BABY… This place is sooo girlie. Soft. Stylish. Intentional. A whole vibe. Pic worthy in every single direction you turn. No bad angles. None. The space itself is huge and thoughtfully laid out. A speakeasy tucked in the back. Yessss. Private dining area for intimate moments… Love that. A nice sized DJ area that sets the tone without overpowering the room. And let’s not forget the patio with additional seating for when you want fresh air and flirt with the sunlight a little. It’s giving OPTIONS. It’s giving FLEXIBILITY… It’s giving grown and sexy brunch energy. Bottom line. A time was absolutely had. Pour Behavior HTX understood the assignment and executed it flawlessly. 47 looks good on me. And this brunch spot. On repeat. 💅🏽✨

We missed happy hour deals but decided to stay to watch a basketball game and experience was great! The drinks are good, the burger was 10/10, I shared with my husband but wished I would've ordered my own! Definitely more of a sports bar but space is huge! Can accommodate large parties and music was a vibe, good ambiance overall.

We came to pour behavior today and it was great. Our server Lucy was great. We only sat a minute or two before she came. She was attentive, polite and consistent. Her recommendations were great. We started with the fried pickle appetizer and those were really good and fresh. I had the filet mignon and lobster. The filet mignon was a lil over cooked but it was still really good. My girl had the lemon butter salmon and Brussels sprouts and she loved it. There wasn’t a long wait on our food either. The manager also came and checked on us. We came Friday and have eaten at four other locations. This is easily the best one we’ve been to. We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave. The drinks were good also. You could taste the liquor.lol we had great food, great service and a really good time here. And I love how the staff were constantly cleaning. Great place for date nights and get togethers.
