Potbelly Sandwich Shop

​I recently had two back-to-back experiences that perfectly highlight why I choose Potbelly. I initially stopped at the Starbucks next door to use the restroom. Despite 4–6 employees standing around, I was met with blatant hostility. A staff member there was incredibly aggressive, loudly shouting that there were no public restrooms and literally rolling her eyes as I walked away. It was unprofessional and dismissive. ​Everything happens for a reason, because my experience at Potbelly was the complete opposite. I was greeted immediately by Damaurie, who possessed a fantastic, welcoming attitude. When I asked what I needed to pay to use the facilities, he kindly checked on my well-being and provided the key free of charge. The restroom was spotless and well-stocked—a huge relief. ​I was so impressed by the hospitality that I stayed to purchase a drink. Marquis handled my transaction with genuine warmth, engaging in great conversation and showing sincere empathy when I mentioned my experience next door. Out of my five visits to this location, the service and food have consistently been top-tier. Damaurie and Marquis are credits to your brand. Keep up the great work!

This location is not the best. They understaff during peak meal time hours, prioritize online orders that are 10-20 minutes out over people actively waiting in line, have no sense of urgency, and are sheepish to the customers. Go to a different location if you can, if not, be prepared to wait

I went to this location today for lunch due to a recommendation from a colleague. From the host,to the beginning on the prep line,everyone was friendly. Feels good to be greeted with a smile. Jalen was the host. He was very helpful as he not only advised me of the survey on the receipt,but he suggested the S’mores cookie which was so delicious!! Too bad the won’t be back until next year. I had the $7.99 combo. Good to know you can eat healthy for a reasonable price. And they have Zapp’s chips!! I will definitely patronize again in the near future.

Juan was amazing! My order got stolen, he remade the order, fixed the issue! Awesome guy! Ask for him anytime you go there! Amazing amazing!

My goto is always the AvoTurkey Flatbread, for both pick up and dine in ... Today I got an extra for dinner later... They had the BOGO promo today. Never have I ever gotten such a gross sandwich with so much black avocado. Left so much to be desired.
