​I recently had two back-to-back experiences that perfectly highlight why I choose Potbelly. I initially stopped at the Starbucks next door to use the restroom. Despite 4–6 employees standing around, I was met with blatant hostility. A staff member there was incredibly aggressive, loudly shouting that there were no public restrooms and literally rolling her eyes as I walked away. It was unprofessional and dismissive. ​Everything happens for a reason, because my experience at Potbelly was the complete opposite. I was greeted immediately by Damaurie, who possessed a fantastic, welcoming attitude. When I asked what I needed to pay to use the facilities, he kindly checked on my well-being and provided the key free of charge. The restroom was spotless and well-stocked—a huge relief. ​I was so impressed by the hospitality that I stayed to purchase a drink. Marquis handled my transaction with genuine warmth, engaging in great conversation and showing sincere empathy when I mentioned my experience next door. Out of my five visits to this location, the service and food have consistently been top-tier. Damaurie and Marquis are credits to your brand. Keep up the great work!

I went to this location today for lunch due to a recommendation from a colleague. From the host,to the beginning on the prep line,everyone was friendly. Feels good to be greeted with a smile. Jalen was the host. He was very helpful as he not only advised me of the survey on the receipt,but he suggested the S’mores cookie which was so delicious!! Too bad the won’t be back until next year. I had the $7.99 combo. Good to know you can eat healthy for a reasonable price. And they have Zapp’s chips!! I will definitely patronize again in the near future.

Potbelly is great for a quick lunch and extremely kid friendly. There are numerous ways to customize your meal, whether it’s making your sandwich skinnier or adding extras like avocado. It’s a very good value for the money. Their cookies are not to be missed, especially the oatmeal chocolate chip and the chocolate brownie cookie. The chain is very consistent. In terms of decor, the restaurants have a retro “home” feel with lots of wood accents reminiscent of an older house. There are also lots of vintage-style posters on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Look at this pathetic excuse of a veggie melt. We’ve had quality issues ordering online, so we decided to visit the store in person, but it’s impossible to see what they are doing behind the high counter. There’s no lettuce, no mushrooms, a slice of bacon, and unasked-for pickles. FOLLOW UP - there's a reply from the "Owner" giving me a link to provide more on my experience. I don't know if this happened with anyone else, taking time to do that did absolutely zero. We won't patronize any Potbelly, again.
