This is my local store and I am so glad it is! The store is always well stocked and the staff are beyond friendly and awesome. They always have plenty of checkouts open in addition to the self-checkouts, which I really appreciate. I really only have two issues with this store. One is that the parking lot is tiny for a store serving this many people and the it can be a nightmare to find parking or get in and out of the store. Carts are not corralled often enough sometimes and they flow into aisle. The other small issue I have is that they start putting restock pallets out at like 6 or 7 sometimes that make the store really crowded, but that might honestly be a necessary evil to have such a well-stocked store. Overall, this is an excellent H-E-B and I love shopping here!

We shop at HEB in Texas and love the Texas toast. Recently we bought loaves that were sweeter than usual and that is not pleasant at all. Please return to the regular recipe.

Dear H-E-B Management, I wanted to bring to your attention a situation I witnessed recently at your store. While I was at H-E-B, one of your employees who collects carts was clearly struggling to move two long lines of carts back into the store. Cars were lined up behind him, waiting to get through, and it was obvious he needed help. A woman nearby mentioned that she was in a hurry to get to the doctor and asked two of the curbside employees if they could assist him. Unfortunately, instead of helping, they laughed and made comments to each other, saying things like, “Oh, she said she’s got to go to the doctor.” Meanwhile, several cars—about five or six—were stuck waiting because the situation wasn’t being addressed. I spoke with Tina, who identified herself as the curbside manager, and she explained that it was a liability issue and that curbside employees couldn’t help the cart attendant because if they accidentally hit a car, it could create a problem. However, since curbside workers regularly move around cars to load groceries, that reasoning didn’t seem consistent. To me, it felt like more of a cop-out than a real explanation, and it was disappointing to see an employee struggling and customers being delayed while others stood by. I’m sharing this because I know H-E-B is known for great service and teamwork, and I believe this situation could have been handled better. Thank you for taking the time to look into this and ensure that all employees support each other and treat customers respectfully. Sincerely, [

Check the ingredients in ALL H-E-B branded products (Meal Simple, Hill Country Fare, etc.) before you consider eating them. They use A LOT of harmful ingredients. If you want to consume phosphoric acid, carrageenan, monocalcium phosphate, disodium diphosphate. sodium phosphate, silicon dioxide or Red 40 food coloring, among many others, then HEB's own products are the food for you! If indeed you can call that food.
