Honestly I wasn't going to review this location but I have to after the constant bad experiences I keep receiving. Nothing will change of course but maybe others will take notice and stop coming here. The inside lobby has been the same level of dirty for the last few days because I came here two days in a row. The tables need to be wiped off and the floor needs to be swept correctly. I know I seen the same mess here yesterday evening. A whole 24 hours later it's exactly the same. The service isn't quick as it should be if you order a 2 piece chicken and there is a tray of piping hot chicken ready but it takes a whole 10 minutes or more to gather them and put them in the box. I thought the big girl was chasing the chicken it was taking so long. Now don't get me wrong the thicker lady she is very friendly and has a great personality however she moves at her own pace. Might be neutral or reverse but her attitude is nice. The skinny girl with the glasses and set it off braids is definitely a tough workers yelling out names of customers and tossing bags to get them out of the window. However the food came out then I had to wait for my drink which was flat. There wasn't any kind of condiments in the bag either.No napkins ,no ketchup , no hot sauce,no Cajun sparkle nothing and that was inconvenient. I had to keep getting up and going to ask for more stuff. Which I ordered for here and my stuff came out in a to go bag which I paid good money for just 2 pieces of chicken at least treat me right. I don't like the customer service. That is too much just give me my food. And stop playing in people faces. I was looking at the lady talking meanwhile still waiting on my drink to be made. Its like who cares I didn't get all my stuff. And that's not all the other night it was a guy rolling a blunt in the lobby and weighing up weed on a scale. I was like chicken and sacks. It wasn't really strange to me but I was just like the table is always sticky maybe that's also why. The location on Jensen is actually better which is really crazy to say but it's true.

I rarely go out of my way to complain, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse food order in my entire life. Anything I ordered from Uber here was basically wrong. The chicken wasn’t spicy, and the extra last dab I had ordered wasn’t there, instead getting three packets of sriracha sauce instead. In this bogo order, was supposed to get the other biscuit, I did not at all or the buffalo sauce. And the primary thing I’m complaining about, is something that lacks all utter comprehension. I ordered the rice and beans, and TO SEAL IT, which is a term I use loosely here used a medium cup lid and just placed it over it. No tape, nothing. They even put stickers over it. I can’t imagine, someone waking up, getting ready for work, get dressed and head to their job to literally do that. And it spilled in my bag naturally, because that’s not a seal. Thats like if I had a bucket of water and I used a hat to keep it sealed and put it in a box to ship it. I get mistakes but this is just hilarious how every item didn’t come correctly hahaha.

I ordered a 3pc, spicy white with beans (red). From what I know, a breast and 2 wings comes with the meal. I had to wait at least 15 mins from the time I arrived, placing my order and receiving my meal. I'm disappointed that it cost over $10 and the breast looks to be the breast of a cornished hen (well I think the cornished hen's might be bigger). Can you tell which is the breast and which are the wings? Nope! Same size!

Just left this location and oh my goodness! Never again. The food was not fresh. Waited in the drive thru for some time. I’m totally disappointed at everything. No straw, napkins, ketchup. Food cold! Will never go back!

It is 6:25 pm on Monday September 15th. Came in because their LED outside billboard advertises - “3 pcs signature chicken for just $5.00 dollars”. So, I took regular combo meal with 3 pcs for twice as much. Young girl cashier and another young guy behind counter said that they do not anything about that advertising. They asked their manager in Spanish about it. The lady said: if it’s no sign in the window - it’s not valid. I asked about outside huge LED sign advertising this. She said: "no, it is not valid". She did not even offer to honor that offer. She just dismissed it as wrong. She didn’t even acknowledge me or that advertisement and just turned away. Both kids behind the counter smiled and said: “Sorry about that”. I specifically before leaving stopped and took picture of the billboard advertising.
