I rarely go out of my way to complain, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse food order in my entire life. Anything I ordered from Uber here was basically wrong. The chicken wasn’t spicy, and the extra last dab I had ordered wasn’t there, instead getting three packets of sriracha sauce instead. In this bogo order, was supposed to get the other biscuit, I did not at all or the buffalo sauce. And the primary thing I’m complaining about, is something that lacks all utter comprehension. I ordered the rice and beans, and TO SEAL IT, which is a term I use loosely here used a medium cup lid and just placed it over it. No tape, nothing. They even put stickers over it. I can’t imagine, someone waking up, getting ready for work, get dressed and head to their job to literally do that. And it spilled in my bag naturally, because that’s not a seal. Thats like if I had a bucket of water and I used a hat to keep it sealed and put it in a box to ship it. I get mistakes but this is just hilarious how every item didn’t come correctly hahaha.

I ordered a 3pc, spicy white with beans (red). From what I know, a breast and 2 wings comes with the meal. I had to wait at least 15 mins from the time I arrived, placing my order and receiving my meal. I'm disappointed that it cost over $10 and the breast looks to be the breast of a cornished hen (well I think the cornished hen's might be bigger). Can you tell which is the breast and which are the wings? Nope! Same size!

Just left this location and oh my goodness! Never again. The food was not fresh. Waited in the drive thru for some time. I’m totally disappointed at everything. No straw, napkins, ketchup. Food cold! Will never go back!

It is 6:25 pm on Monday September 15th. Came in because their LED outside billboard advertises - “3 pcs signature chicken for just $5.00 dollars”. So, I took regular combo meal with 3 pcs for twice as much. Young girl cashier and another young guy behind counter said that they do not anything about that advertising. They asked their manager in Spanish about it. The lady said: if it’s no sign in the window - it’s not valid. I asked about outside huge LED sign advertising this. She said: "no, it is not valid". She did not even offer to honor that offer. She just dismissed it as wrong. She didn’t even acknowledge me or that advertisement and just turned away. Both kids behind the counter smiled and said: “Sorry about that”. I specifically before leaving stopped and took picture of the billboard advertising.

The staff here is very polite and friendly! The food typically is good. I did get an order of fries recently that tasted a little old, but my daughter loves eating here! They recently did some renovating, which definitely provided a fresher look for the building. The wait can be a little long in the drive-thru. All in all, I will definitely be back.
