Polk Grille

Ate here every morning as part of my stay at the Hotel and honestly it might be the best part of my stay. Food was divine whether from the full buffet or ordered off the menu! Service was exemplary. They grow their own herbs on site and use local goods for eggs and such. They also have gluten free and vegan options which was a huge plus.

The breakfast here was one of the highlights of my stay. The 1600 Bar and Grill offered a fantastic spread with well-presented meals that exceeded my expectations. And a lot of amazing deserts which I always appreciate lol Mrs Shai & her staff were so professional and made sure my cup was never empty and my plates where cleared before I said anything amazing service and the made to order omelet bar was so good and The dishes were crafted with care, and the flavors were impressive, showcasing the pride the culinary team takes in their work. The lobby bar also provided a cozy and vibrant atmosphere for a relaxing evening drink, and I was pleased to find a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby.

I recently enjoyed a delightful Thanksgiving brunch buffet at this place. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable experience. From the perfectly roasted turkey to the decadent desserts, every dish showcased culinary excellence. The variety of options catered to diverse palates, ensuring there was something for everyone. The attentive and friendly staff added to the overall positive ambiance, making it a perfect choice for celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends. I highly recommend 1600 Bar + Grille for a tasteful and enjoyable holiday feast.

This place located inside the hilton at lobby level offers great buffet starting daily at 6 am with ample choices to pick from. They have croissants, oats, parafaits, scrambled eggs, chef prepared custom omelettes, sausages, bread pudding, fresh cut fruits, and a lot more. Staff working here is friendly, attentive and welcoming. Their buffet is a must if you are staying at hilton or not!

I’m still waiting for my meal, but this place is really cool. Open air and connected to the lobby of a very nice hotel. Very nicely decorated, including some vegetation, which provides some barrier to the lobby traffic.
