I rarely score on the lower side, but this restaurant has a lot of ego or needs many improvements. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE DUE TO ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I came here to enjoy our first lunch together while both working downtown-Ish area. The owner or manager took our order and seemed disgruntled while taking order as if we were bothering him. We ordered beef lo mein and a lunch special of chicken with garlic sauce. It seems crazy to me that a lunch special is $16 vs. $12 for Beef Lo Mein.i asked for extra beef, and the owner said it was $5. I said, "Can I get a little maybe a $1 worth?" He said it's a pound only. He also said we have a restaurant to run and it's how much it costs. Outside of smart remarks, we bought 1 soup and 1 spoon, and it was clear we were both sharing. Same for coke with 1 straw. The wife received eggroll instead of cheese puff. We received it after I mentioned it, but the owner looked pissed off when I went to ask for it. Food wasn't bad but tasted average, nothing special. When I asked for to go bag, I was pointed to a pile that was just left out on a desk full of bags. P.S. We were never greeted on the way in or out. $39 for 2 dishes is pretty absurd. And I still left a tip for trash service.

The customer service here is phenomenal! And the food is beyond delicious! Very clean establishment! I felt like I was eating real Chinese food for the first time in my life! The chicken is actual all white meat chicken in huge delicious pieces! My dishes included the sesame chicken & broccoli with a side of lo mein and veggies. The chicken and broccoli, veggie spring rolls (extra delicious!) AND THE SWEET TEA IS THE BEST I’VE HAD IN FOREVER! I had to take 2 to go, I love how they use limes in the tea instead of lemon, it’s so much better ! This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had and is my new go to hands down!

After spending 57.16 with of course Door Dash fees, what does the restaurant expect us to do, eat with our hands. They didn’t even put napkins or even a chop stick in the bag. Called the restaurant back and the person on the phone attempted to play like it was the wrong restaurant and had me call two other locations. A simple request was to deliver the silverware. Not even an apology or anything! After being bounced around and being placed on hold, the phone hung up. Terrible service. Even though for some it may not be a big deal but it really is because bad customer service will close your business. Take a hint people! PART 2 We got some forks from next door to eat. My order orange chicken in fact was awful. The pieces of chicken were huge. Who wants to eat chicken that is supposed to be cut up in small pieces that are gigantic. In a previous picture it showed several broccoli around the orange chicken. My entree tasted more like Carmel and not orange. The lo mein noodles were extremely dry. The egg rolls and crab putt were good. This experience has been terrible all the way around. I was so hungry too!

Used to order from this location a lot when I lived closer and it was always very enjoyable. Tonight was very different. The $13 house special wonton soup had no wontons and a very lacking amount of meat and shrimp. It was basically chicken broth and vegetables. I took advantage of the buy one, get one free special on the house special lo mein. Both the taste and the texture was like a frozen “Chinese” noodle bowl. It was so mushy that the noodles broke every time I tried to eat them. The beef dish was absolutely disgusting! Took one bite and spit it out! The meat tasted like old beef jerky. The only saving grace was that the egg rolls and crab Rangoon were just as good. Very sad that one of my favorite Chinese restaurants has gone way downhill.

I dined in here. Surprisingly spacious on inside. Staff was super kind and patient with my toddler. Food was delicious! Very impressed with the quality of their food and have TONS of options! Will be going back to try other stuff on menu
