We used to really enjoy coming here, but things have changed. The menu was rewritten, and several items were removed. Prices were also increased by $2–$4, yet the physical menus weren’t updated, some items are scribbled out, some aren’t, and none of the new prices are shown. You don’t see the actual prices until you go up to the bar. They also stopped taking orders at the tables. You now seat yourself and then place your order at the bar, and there’s no table service or drink refills at all. For a restaurant that provides no service, charging $17.04 for a medium thin-crust pepperoni pizza feels very unreasonable. Pictures for proof of what we ordered and paid! Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The food was fast and delicious. We enjoyed the breads ticks and pizza. The Raspberry Walnut Salad with chicken will be our go to the next time we visit. Our kids loved the indoor playground which was nice so the adults could chat.

Place is great! We came for a birthday party and didn’t know this place existed. But we will come back. Food was great and service was better. Fast and kind service. The owner even came and talked to us and my family. Before I knew he was the owner, he was in the back cooking, running back and forth bringing pizzas out, and working the front. Overall great pizza place for families and fun. The kids loved the playground and it was very clean.

Traveling from El Monte, CA was absolutely worth it to enjoy pizza at Pizzaiolo’s this fine-quality restaurant. The pizza and other dishes were amazing. I had the shrimp scampi, and it was full of flavor. The wings—oh my goodness—especially the mango habanero, were incredibly delicious. The breadsticks were super soft, warm, and buttery… just perfect. On top of the great food, our server, Alondra M, provided excellent service—prompt, courteous, and very attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again soon, especially with my family when we’re coming back from Los Angeles.

The crew working on Friday evening, 2/27, was outstanding, but the standout star is the young bilingual woman w/ black hair and glasses. She helped a large number of Spanish speaking customers order, and explained the menu patiently and kindly. In between orders she is relaying and translating the Spanish speaking cooks/chefs messages to everyone. (Even if their tone with her was very rushed and anxious) She was all over the restaurant checking in with impatient customers, and serving out orders. The owners are very lucky to have such an employee, very professional and kept her cool in a busy atmosphere. Her Spanish definitely keeps things running smoothly as the middle person. The blonde young man was also very sweet, and the tattooed woman was always on the move helping. Forget the food (although amazing), the staff was the most impressive part of my experience here.
