Ordered from here twice. First time was fine. Good quality and quick service. Second time was a disaster. Ordered ahead at 3pm. Estimated pickup 3:18. I arrived at 3:16 to find no one present. The vendor next door said she would be back in a moment. At 3:20 the vendor next door called her and still no one showed up. At 3:24 she arrived from downstairs. I said I had a pickup order and she said to give her 5 minutes. Fast forward 5 minutes and she tells me my order of a pizza and sandwich was "a lot" and she needed another 15-20 minutes. So 30 minutes after ordering, my pizza was not even started, no other customers were in front of me (at this point 2 were behind me) and she made the choice to not only blame my order size but also to add a snide comment of "next time we hope you order during normal times for faster pickup" I won't be back

Delicious pizza in an attractive, modern food hall. The quality of the food also does not suffer when delivered. I had an exceptional service experience recently where I ordered delivery through the Slice site linked from Pizza Zquare's website. When ordering from here, a DoorDash driver is assigned to make the delivery. However, this time the DoorDash driver was significantly delayed in picking up the pizza. Instead, an employee (manager? owner?) of Pizza Zquare delivered the pizza himself to ensure quality and timeliness, and he communicated clearly and effectively with me over text to explain the situation. Not just excellent pizza, but above-and-beyond service, too. This will definitely be our go-to pizza place.

A solid 4 stars, to be sure! I had previously tried to come here, but it was a Sunday, and Finn Hall was closed. Months and months go by and I stumbled across another place, also located in Finn Hall, that I wanted to try. So off I went. We walk in and Finn Hall is literally a ghost town. Almost no one inside eating, drinking or being merry. The place is super clean, which I like and there are a few good options to try. Alas, I ended up back to what I originally wanted ... Pizza Zquare. Husband and I decided to split a 14" BYO with pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar and mushrooms. The guy behind the counter was super nice. My pizza came out a little darker then I prefer my pizza to look, so I was concerned that it wasn't going to taste great. Thankfully, it did taste good! Was it the best I have had in the area, definitely not, but it was a good, solid choice. As I live nearby, I walked here, so I cannot speak to parking other than it's downtown and there are a lot of lots nearby.

Chicago pizza critique here 👋 If you been looking as long as I have for a good place to grab a pizza with friends then the wait is over‼️ Pizza Zquare has the best Texas BBQ in Houston Texas! The crust, cheese, the perfect amount of ingredients and how much sauce made the pizza a perfect 12/10 you won’t be disappointed.
