Love the franchise. Unfortunately this is one of two remaining locations in Houston, which this is the more convenient one to get to. Parking is OK- front of the store parking, or back of the store (bigger lot). The quality of yogurt is phenomenal! Way better than all other competitors. I always get the original + fruit (personal preference). Enjoy the tartness more than anything. The staff here is pretty nice for the most part. A few times I’ve experienced some issues with not filling my large size cup with enough yogurt. When I pointed it out to management, they said they retrained staff and offered me a complimentary yogurt. Hope they continue to give full cups as promised!

Always love their Fro-Yo. Just one word of caution though. They aren't like the other fro yo places. They have predefined cups and with predefined number of toppings. Though they are aplenty. I always have the small one as that alone is almost big enough for me :D Though would have loved it they had more flavors.

I love the frozen yogurt here! The employees, not so much. Because there are only 2 locations in Houston, I drive a pretty far distance to get here. I’m always let down by the customer service. It seems their only priority is to get you out of their sight as quickly as possible. I frequent here at least once (sometimes twice) a week and the dining area is always dirty. Please hire friendlier staff.
