The food and staff were absolutely amazing. Since it was my first time here, they walked me through the ordering process and made the experience enjoyable. They even suggested what they would mix in the food to make it even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Piada has yummy pasta options! I love how you can pick your ingredients and add what you like to your plate. It's sorta like a bar line style you go down the line telling them what you want. Food is good and portions are good. Service was nice and atmospehere too. Will deff be back.

For those who were confused like me - what Italian “street food” supposed to be: it’s not street food - it’s just fast food. But it tasted good enough for a quick lunch! Similar to chipotle concept, you can configure your own pasta/salad bowl or a wrap (piada). Can recommend their signature items!

I have tried to give Piada a chance 4 times now. Each time, and I mean every single time I have an issue! The first time, about 2 and a half years ago my coworker raved about them and after months of hearing him talk about the food, I gave it a try. I order the BYO with rigatoni, spinach, roasted broccoli, chicken, tomatoes, Alfredo, pesto, and all of the cheeses. Every time I order it, they don’t build it correctly! First time was cold, the spinach was raw, broccoli was barely roasted. Second time I got the Power Bowl, it was ok and nothing like others that I have had. Third time I hoped it would be great because I ordered from one close by me in Cypress but the delivery driver delivered to the wrong complex and I tried to get in contact with DoorDash to get a refund but because I did it through Piadas website and not MY DoorDash app, I couldn’t be refunded. Thankfully when I went to the location the following day, the lady I spoke with the night before was working and remade the order for me. I understand that wasn’t the locations problem but it just added to another reason for me to stop ordering. Now my final time that I’ll ever eat from this place which was a couple hours ago, that same coworker placed a lunch order for us and I ordered the BYO pasta bowl like I usually try to do, and added a spinach artichoke pocket. I DO NOT EAT PORK AND THEY GAVE ME A LABELED BAG THAT SAID SPINACH ARTICHOKE YET CONTAINED A PIADA POCKET WITH ITALIAN SAUAGE WHICH IS PORK!!! The pasta was dry as usual, they put my broccoli on my coworkers pasta bowl, nothing was cooked together. Why advertise to be a customizable restaurant when none of the locations can read or get an order correct? They can’t even label correctly and that is insane to not do correctly when people have dietary restrictions! Once again and will be the final time, Piada deserves no hype from what I’ve experienced. I understand my issue is through me only doing it for delivery but I should be able to receive what I paid for, not having to go inside the storefront every time to make sure my order is prepared correctly and the only time that has happened was when the order was remade for me when I went in to get a solution at the cypress location, whoever took the order from that incorrect delivery would know if it was even made correctly to begin with, if it had everything I listed above and wasn’t dry. 10/10 do not recommend!

Jay was so patient with us being our first time. And Donnie was very helpful even going out of his way to return a phone left by a previous customer. Food was Amazing.
