Pho MT Mien Trung

There’s plenty of space for parking since this restaurant is in a plaza. My friend and I ordered the following: Pho Combo Lunch Special Cafe Sua Da Chao Tuy Bo (Beef Marrow Porridge) The Beef Marrow Porridge is a must get. I don’t think I’ve seen many Vietnamese restaurants sell this dish but it has me hooked. The bone marrow/meat is fatty (melts in your mouth), savory, and rich. And with the onions, cilantro, and pepper on top- chef’s kiss! I wish I had asked for some chili oil from the waiter but honestly, the dish by itself is already fantastic. Chao Tuy Bo is very nutritious and gentle on the stomach- such a comforting dish! As for the pho, this wasn’t anything special in my opinion but the egg rolls that came with it were hot, crispy, and fresh! Lastly, the cafe sua da is always a nice sweet treat/beverage. The service was nice/fast, the food (speciailly the beef marrow porridge) was delicious and I can’t wait to come back and order more next time.

My husband and I enjoyed our pho, egg rolls, and Thai teas here. The atmosphere and service was fantastic and will definitely stop again. We ate there on a Sunday night so it wasn’t busy but there were a lot of to go orders so you know it’s good lol

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Everything we got was good and the marrow porridge was the favorite of the night. Spring rolls were so fresh and tasted great.

I love this place. Family owned. Food comes out quick. So fresh every time. Best pho in the area. Broth and meat so gooooood!!! They deliver great service I love coming here. I have had rice plates, pho, beef curry soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, everything 10/10

Everything about this place hit the spot. The pho was packed with flavor — tender beef, crisp bean sprouts, green onions, and a rich, aromatic broth. The fresh herb plate and lime on the side let you season it your way, just like it should be. The egg rolls were perfectly crisp and paired great with the sweet chili sauce. To top it off, they offered a free passion fruit juice with the pho purchase — super refreshing and a nice bonus that made the meal even better. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and no-frills — you can tell they focus on tradition and quality. Friendly service, great food, and good value. I’ll definitely be back and bringing others with me!
