Pho King is King! I challenge anybody to find a better place for Pho! I've been here 8 times now and each time the Pho broth was consistent and flavorful! The egg rolls are just okay but honestly the Pho is so good that I can overlook the rolls being average. The service isn't really there because once you get your food you don't really get served anymore and you even have to refill your own water but again the Pho is so good this is not a factor! The wife and I as well as co workers seek out Pho places to try and the place puts all others to Pho King shame!

I wasn’t ready for the side of bone marrow beef bone—they really said “go big or go home,” and I respected it. The broth was clean, rich, and comforting. Maybe not the best pho I’ve ever had, but close enough that I’d happily return. Add a Topo Chico and a squeeze of lime and you’ve got the ultimate rainy-day combo.

Immediately upon entering, I was happily greeted by all visible staff members. The owner, Fu, welcomed me and invited me to sit and decide my meal. I ordered the hot sake and water to drink. The hot sake was just hot enough to be hot, but not hot enough to burn my mouth; perfectly, it met my desires. For my meal, I decided on the Pho King beef pho (meatballs, fatty brisket, and filet mignon), extra noodles (served on side is standard), and mushrooms. The food was as fresh and hot as could ever be desired. Freshness was noticeable and exceptional. Promptness was quick and speedy. Customer service was probably one of, if not the best, customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The owner was chatting with me all night, making sure everything was A+, and undoubtedly, it was. Atmosphere was sleek and modern, but still cozy and felt familiar. All employees showed signs of excellent teamwork and communication and positive relationships between each other. Highly recommended, open late, opening hearts and minds to fantastic, authentic Vietnamese food.

I ordered the bun suong and it was amazing. It was super authentic and flavorful. My friend got pho and it was delicious. I am super picky and typically only eat Vietnamese food in little Saigon but I will definitely be back! The customer service was 10/10. Everyone was super personable and friendly! Do not pass this place up, it’s a hidden gem 💎

The first time I ordered was through Uber Eats and I was really impressed. I got two bowls of the vegan pho with tofu and all the onions and herbs, vegetarian egg rolls, and vegetarian dumplings. The broth was very flavorful and the portion size was perfect. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and really appreciate that they make a vegan sauce to go with it. Husband and I liked it so much we returned 2 days later to try it in person and it was even better... especially the appetizers since we were able to eat it fresh. We arrived at 8:30pm and were the last people to be served. One group arriving 10 minutes later were turned away. I've learned from previous experience that kitchens around Houston usually close 15-30 minutes before the listed closing time so it's best to not get there too late. This is our new go to spot! We were going to another one down the street regularly but have been let down a number of times with the inconsistency and for adding vegetarian egg rolls to the menu but never having it available.
