My husband went to PHO House to order me a pho bowl, which cost $13.50 plus tax ($15.02 total). He specifically asked for Sriracha sauce, as that is how I prefer my pho, and was told that it was included in the container. When we got home, there was no Sriracha sauce at all, or at most a tiny splash that was not even noticeable or usable. I called the store to express my concern, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The young lady I spoke with acted as if she didn’t care about my concern, which made the situation even more frustrating. When customers are paying this amount, it’s reasonable to expect that a simple request like a sauce be honored—especially when so many other businesses offer the same service without issue. This was the only sauce provided, and I am including a photo to show exactly what was given. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and better attention to customer requests and customer service would make a significant difference. 15.02 wasted because who wants to eat it without the right taste I’m from Louisiana. I love hot food. That was the only sauce that was included in the picture below

AUSTIN, TX HERE! My daughter is in competitive cheer and she is the biggest crawfish fan foodie. As we travel so much all around we like try different crawfish places. This weekend we did, we had crawfish cafe and crawfish and noodle of belaire, Houston. However after competition today we were just stopping here for pho. We didn’t even know they were serving crawfish. We ordered pho (my husband and I) and my daughter came in with wingstop. She saw the big crawfish sign but had already ordered food. I ordered two lbs with my pho to give it a try.. crawfish came out and I already knew it would be good by the smell. I looked at my daughter after the first bite and she had to get her own! AMAZING! Trust me skip all of the waiting for table at a crawfish restaurant and just come here! It was so good ! The cook came home and I had to make sure he felt every love he put in to my batch of crawfish. Great service by all! I appreciate this especially traveling from far. Another place added to my list during competition season! My daughter loved this place way more than crawfish and noodle and crawfish cafe. And of course beats all of the places that we’ve been to back in Austin!

Hostess was awesome and recommended a great drink called the hammer hulk. Very delicious, would recommend just ask for less ice they filled it up with ice, the waiter on the other hand didn't seem to care he was at work. Couldn't hear my order over his ear buds (while taking my order) and also brought me the wrong ticket to pay right after he brought my food. Didn't seem to know the menu either. Food was ok. I got the special. The sprouts looked old but decided to give it a try anyway. You can see what i mean about sprouts in photo. Needed way more flavor tasted very blan added some Sriracha and the sauce. Turned the flavor around after adding sauces. didnt see any of the other meat that suppose to be in the special. Just a couple different ones but not all. The noodles were stuck in this one huge clump like dried rice. Not sure what that was about. Over all was an ok experience. There are other better places to eat pho near by in my opinion. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a small restaurant. it gets the job done for a fat price, I think.

First time here and it was clean and the atmosphere was great. Pho combination was fresh and hot the egg rolls were fresh and hot the coconut w/tapioca was great. No pressure no rush at all. Only issue was the water was not good. Other than that we definitely will be back.

I ordered the seafood pho and it had no flavor. It included 4 shrimps which was nice but it didn’t make up for the flavorless broth. I also ordered chicken spring rolls and they were alright. The peanut sauce was good but the chicken was dry.
