My husband went to PHO House to order me a pho bowl, which cost $13.50 plus tax ($15.02 total). He specifically asked for Sriracha sauce, as that is how I prefer my pho, and was told that it was included in the container. When we got home, there was no Sriracha sauce at all, or at most a tiny splash that was not even noticeable or usable. I called the store to express my concern, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The young lady I spoke with acted as if she didn’t care about my concern, which made the situation even more frustrating. When customers are paying this amount, it’s reasonable to expect that a simple request like a sauce be honored—especially when so many other businesses offer the same service without issue. This was the only sauce provided, and I am including a photo to show exactly what was given. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and better attention to customer requests and customer service would make a significant difference. 15.02 wasted because who wants to eat it without the right taste I’m from Louisiana. I love hot food. That was the only sauce that was included in the picture below

This was our first time eating here and our last. Outside of the friendly waitress, nothing about this place makes us want to return. The atmosphere was dreary and base line at best, the restaurant itself well, the tables were clean and bussed quickly but the overall presentation was really lacking. The dished we ordered definitely looked better than they tasted. They were way overpriced and the portions were small. There's no way I should be paying $60 for 3 Bowls of Pho and a Rice & Steak plate. The 2 children's pho was $7ea... it was literally just broth and noodles. My kids are Vegan, so that's what they always order but for $7/bowl?! My wife's Tofu Pho wasn't good she said and the portion was small. The vegetable side plate you get with pho was embarrassing. As for mine, the egg was too salty, some of my rice was hard(it's obviously been sitting for a while) and the steak wasn't anything to write home about. Oh, and the Spring Rolls I ordered were laughable at best. They were really thin and not that tasty. The rolls I get at our normal spot are twice as thick and the Peanut Sauce is pretty good. The sauce here tasted off to me and was just ok, I guess. On the Parking, it's not the biggest lot so take that for what it's worth. I rarely write reviews about mediocre or bad dining experiences but sometimes I just have too. I also don't have an issue paying good money for good food. However, if I'm paying $60, the food and overall experience better be worth it! Sadly, it wasn't this time. On a side note, my wife felt so bad about the Spring Rolls that she made me a big plate of them for dinner tonight to "make up for my loss", she said😆

Hostess was awesome and recommended a great drink called the hammer hulk. Very delicious, would recommend just ask for less ice they filled it up with ice, the waiter on the other hand didn't seem to care he was at work. Couldn't hear my order over his ear buds (while taking my order) and also brought me the wrong ticket to pay right after he brought my food. Didn't seem to know the menu either. Food was ok. I got the special. The sprouts looked old but decided to give it a try anyway. You can see what i mean about sprouts in photo. Needed way more flavor tasted very blan added some Sriracha and the sauce. Turned the flavor around after adding sauces. didnt see any of the other meat that suppose to be in the special. Just a couple different ones but not all. The noodles were stuck in this one huge clump like dried rice. Not sure what that was about. Over all was an ok experience. There are other better places to eat pho near by in my opinion. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a small restaurant. it gets the job done for a fat price, I think.

First time here and it was clean and the atmosphere was great. Pho combination was fresh and hot the egg rolls were fresh and hot the coconut w/tapioca was great. No pressure no rush at all. Only issue was the water was not good. Other than that we definitely will be back.
