Terrible Food, tasteless, dry, chewy Re fried chicken. came in around 3:20 pm place is empty of course is after lunch and before dinner, usually Restaurants are slow at this time. so it wasn’t a red flag and ordered chicken general tso. worse chicken I have ever eat in 47 years of my life. looks like they had some leftovers from lunch and throw it back in the fryer. Rice was also tasteless. I hope this can get manager attention so they can focus a little more in quality control

I've been to this place for so many years and I've hyped this place up to my buddy, and we finally decided to go there. First impression when we walked in was that all the decor had changed as well as the host. It was an Indian girl who seated us and we were skeptical about it because we were the ONLY people in there. The girl tells us the food taste the same so decided to order. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! What made it worse was that the Indian girl gave us our silverware and decided to clean our spoons with her thumb! Not even a napkin to clean it! That was so disgusting that we just couldn't even continue to eat. We paid full price for this trashy food and went to SINH SINH instead. I've never walked out of a restaurant with the food being that bad but this was unacceptable. I pretty much paid $70 so I can write about this establishment about how horrible my experience was. Save your money and go to Agas across the street.

On a search for the best chā giô in Houston, a good friend recommended Phat Ky. The 3rd one I’ve tried and truthfully, I don’t feel a need to go further. Excellent catfish clay pot, shrimp mango salad also. Very happy

Menu list is less than before but the food is still very good. 4 stars for a smaller menu
