Last time I take my dog to get groomed here. The cut in itself was fine. They did his back paws as you'll see in the pictures no issue as it isn't irritated, but the two front paws were very damaged and hes been licking them for two days because of it (you'll see below how irritated and even bloodied they got). When I go in to report this problem they give me severe attitude saying "why is that our problem? What you want us to do about it?" Obviously so kind of refund for the service but at least a damn apology "our bad" no not even that. Instead they blamed our dog for licking his paws. Be accountable when you make an error, apologize and just be better. Last time I take my dog for grooming here.

I brought my fur babies to get groomed and one of them had a health emergency. The groomers acted fast and took her over to the vet and let me know she needed to be rushed to the emergency vet. After I took her there the manager of the grooming salon met me over there and stayed with me the entire time during the emergency. They even kept my other fur baby while I was at the emergency vet. Thank you so much to the manager and the other workers who noticed the emergency and acted quickly. My fur babies mean the world to me ❤️

This is the 3rd time they played with me and my dog. First time they said his genital area was irritated (even though the vet had cleared earlier that day and told me to get him groomed instead to help heal his skin faster). I said ok and left. 2nd time I took him his rabies was expired by a few days and they refused which completely made sense. I left. 3rd time today I went there with new rabies paper, his genitals are fine and they took my dog in and said to come back after 4 hours. They were arguing about him having matting and instead of brushing they wanted to shave him. I said do not make him bald. So they wanted to “spot shave” him. I still said fine do it. I left and barely made it to the grocery store and they called back, “come and get your dog back he is not letting us work on him”. Aren’t you the groomer? Which dog lets you shower them without a tantrum? My dog is a German Shepherd, of course they are gonna be dramatic. They added “take him to any mommy-poppy type of groomers where they can sedate him with gummies.” Just say you are good with smaller breeds ONLY. And just to add more, my dog was TRAINED by petsmart’s trainer. I got their puppy classes, beginners and intermediate classes for both my dogs. So after spending thousands of dollars in training by Petsmart, Petsmart is saying his behaviour isn’t good enough to get a basic shower and brush. Shame on you and you are never gonna get any business from me again. Either your training program is bullshit or your groomers are bullshit. I will let you choose. Edit: Also, let me not forget to add they took his leash off before I could put my leash back on him. When I asked why did you took his leash off, they said he was pulling. All of these groomers are newbies and don’t know what they are doing. They should simply say small dogs only and I would never keep coming back to this same place.

Taking your fur babies to PETSMART is like taking your kids to Supercuts. Inexperienced groomers possibly in training. They DO NOT know how to properly groom pets. Worst thing is when they make a mistake and they do not admit it.

This place had so many dead bettas. I was only shopping for bettas and snails so this post will only be limited to the fish section. I had no problem with the general fish, but i did have problem with the bettas. Half them were dead or on their last days. The ones i did get are in great shape atleast. They sold me a dead snail and a male betta when the label on the cup said “female”. The cashier had an attitude which is always pleasant. Overall, this was a classic Petsmart experience.
